That place looks amazing! 14 courses! I'm not a massive fish fan but whilst I was in Japan last year I ate it every day. Being super fresh the taste is so much better. I cannot wait to go again.

Great video! I know that this is food and culture channel, but maybe in one video you could visit a basketball or baseball game and show what's it like in Japan?
Thanks for the idea! I never watch sport games, but I have a friend who loves both basketball and baseball so that's a video idea for the future!
To learn about the Japanese culture is interesting. As a western, breakfast would be highly disappointing to me there as I was be looking for bacon or sausage with eggs and pancakes or waffles or French toast. A cup of coffee (maybe tea) and OJ ...the juice not the killer. So what is a traditional breakfast there is lunch or dinner here. Although the place you were staying at looks nice, I would have to get dressed and go out and try to find a westerner style breakfast. And it's not a matter of not wanting to try different things as I might try those things while visiting Japan at lunch or dinner time. But my breakfast intake will remain the same ....if I can find it. :)
This would make a great place to start or finish a stay in Japan since it's there in Chiba.

今日のお宿は私の中では過去1かもしれません！お部屋も勿論、部屋から見える景色（海）、お風呂、アメニティ、細部にこだわりが感じられました🫢お寿司も全てが高級感と新鮮さが感じられて絶対、食べてみたい🤤けど、Sarahさんには量が少なかったのでは、、笑笑🤭とにかく今回のお宿には行ける機会をぜひ、作りたいです✨
とっても素敵ですよね！！ネットで見つけて、旅館好き＆お鮨好きとしては泊まらなければ！と思いました笑
私が訪れた時は曇りでしたが、晴れていたらもっと景色が良いみたいです😭

All the food looked exceptionally great, but what got me super excited was the black natto! Here in Cambridge (UK) we have a Korean store which sells Japanese food too, and they do have natto, AND I LOVE IT, but they don't have the black one. It would be amazing to try that.
