Ingredients 配料 :
300g Pig liver (soak for 15 mins with ½ teaspoon Salt)
300克 猪肝 (浸水15分钟 ½茶匙 盐)
20g Ginger, sliced 20克 姜, 切片
5 stalk Spring onion 5颗 青葱, 切段
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Corn flour 1汤匙 玉米粉

很用心煮,但觉得姜有点少
Freeze the liver harder easier to cut.
完全沒有特別洗方法。做出來仍有很多血及腥!煮熟後仍有血水流出,影響食慾。不合格👎收山喇
