Thanks for all the love on this song! I never expected it to take off like this did! A few years ago, I was asked to write and sing 2 songs for a video game, I wasn't told which game, but I was excited to try it. I wrote and sang this song, "Yours Forever" and "Always but Never Dreamed" in my bedroom and a few months later, it was revealed that the game was Tetris Effect. I was stoked! Such a fan! I have been meditating for 10 years and did drugs couple of times. I played this game yesterday and today at my best friend's house. It's better then and drugs and meditation. It's so much serenity and grace, it s unbelievable. I still suck at it but I am making progress.

Played it recently with PSVR - wow, what an incredible difference VR makes with this game. It's a whole new world.
It gets ridiculous with those og quest controller thumbsticks though. I hated it when they first started to fail.

i dont normally get emotional but the first ever time i played this game i had to pause and let some steam out just because of how amazing the art direction, music and feel of this game are, all those things coupled together are such a strong emotional experience that i cannot find anywhere else

The only problem with Tetris Effect is that they put the best song first. But what an intro!
Metamorphosis. Its a song about opening up and going places you've never been to. It not only sounds good (to me), but the meaning is also better. This to me is just a woman singing to her child, while also beautiful sounding its meaning to me is just "love is infinite" instead of "Open up, go somewhere you've never been to."

I played Tetris Effect on Christmas day last year and this was my favorite song. Then something I don't want to talk about happened 4 days later and this songs reminds me of the memories with them. Makes me want to cry everytime I hear this song.
Hope you get through everything well. I was listening to a Pokemon song when my mom broke the news to me that my grandfather had passed away. Everytime I hear that song I think of him, and I get really sad, but I'm beginning to like the song again because it helps me remember all the good times I had with him when I was young. Hopefully soon you'll be able to do the same.

Every gamers should buy this game and play it once in their life. This is one of the games that started video games as we know it and now it's one of the most beautiful games i've ever played.
Dude this game without VR and only focusing your all in the game and music is like having trippy hallucinations but in a safe and controlled space... and i love it

@@GDRunny I wouldn't say you are a Sociopath, maybe you just want to succeed or do good in the game so you focus on what matters, which is fine.
I, for example honestly could never take this game seriously, i feel like it is a Rythm game because of the music and the SFX of the pieces. And since i played A LOT of Rythm games i was already used to looking at other spots on the screen instead of focusing on the " Important Gameplay Zone" while playing because all i needed was the sounds and a glimpse of gameplay to do ok enough.
I know you can't really beat levels of Tetris with sound only. But i guess since i am placing the pieces myself and i remember where they are i don't have to look that much.
Its just a playstyle difference i think.

I played this at my friend’s house and I just had to buy it. He has a bunch of games on series x but we ended up playing this for like 2 hours. This song is so good, reminds me of how grateful I am for life. A lot of times we forget to appreciate everything we have, and this song reminds me of that.

The first time I played this on Vrchat was extraordinary! Seeing it in your face with the music bassing in your ears, the detail and clearness of how everything was. I’m addicted to Tetris for this version specifically.
For anyone who didn’t know this game is a spiritual successor to Child of Eden it’s very similar to this game only that Tetris effect took the concept to a whole new level...now with Virtual Reality....child of eden was a timed exclusive for Xbox 360 and specifically designed for Kinect...it features all the dazzling colors and effects with music I wish they remade it for PS4 VR

I haven’t heard a sountrack this phenomenal since The Greatest Showman was released. I’ve always loved rhythmic, music-based games, and I also like games where it’s just aesthetically pleasing. This game is a perfect blend of those two things. Simply beautiful.

But playing Tetris Effect, It was so much different, It's incredible! Tetris with a new dimension, worlds... It feels like a new generation of Tetris... I love Tetris Effect.
It is so hard to play older versions of Tetris now. Like I'm bummed that Effect doesn't have the old school teris song that we all know and love. But all the music in Effect makes up for it
