  • Can we control computers with our brain?
Find out if and how this is made possible using a brain-computer interface (BCI) - a direct communication pathway between the brain and the computer. BCIs are often directed at researching, mapping, assisting, augmenting, or repairing human cognitive or sensory-motor functions.
Manousos Klados, of CITY College, University of York Europe Campus, discusses how brain-computer interface became a reality, by looking more closely at the technological advancements in available devices such as predictive models.
He will also look at the main brain-computer interface categories and how they are currently used, showing recorded examples. Be sure not to miss the end of Masousos’s talk when he will link his brain with his computer online to control a media player.

Made BCI seem practicable & accessible.
