- It was a hot day in Jomtien, so I took a walk along Jomtien Pattaya Beach, experienced an electric baht bus, and saw a new Burger King on Beach Road. Jomtien is very quiet at the start of July and if you are not a fan of crowds then it's a great time to visit.
Jomtien Beach is just a stone's throw away from bustling Pattaya in Thailand and is located on the East coast of the Gulf of Thailand about 155 km from Bangkok in the Chonburi Province, Thailand. The area has seen many new high-rise constructions in the last five years with numerous new condominiums and housing developments currently under construction. It has become a popular choice for expats as an alternative to Pattaya City.

Electric baht bus charge 200 baht ($6 usd) .. smoggy diesel fuel ($40 usd) .. ignore the anti electric propaganda machine.. this is smart, this is heathy and this is the future.

I don't know if you want to do what would likely just duplicate that? He probably does 4 a week. Just sayin'. They are a lot to edit as well.

You have a prospective bunch of new subs with the addition of some condo displays. Hopefully you will break the pattern of showing closet-sized condos at reasonable rents and then normal sized condos at what are sky high priced. Thank you for your straight shooting videos. Keep it going.

Most condo vids are rubbish. The same overpriced cookie-cutter jail cells that the agent is making a nice commission on. And then you see where the UA-camr actually lives and they pay less than average for a better than average place, nothing like 90%of their videos.
