Okay I do agree with a lot of ppl in the comments about this not being enough for a teenage athlete but everyone do remember that every day is different. Just because she doesn’t eat a lot one day doesn’t mean she has an eating disorder or is starving herself, you know how much food you need for your body don’t let a stranger change that view, look after yourselves lovelies ❤❤
yeah exactly lol, as someone whos been struggling with an ed for a long time, you can definitely just choose not to eat sometimes and it doesn’t mean you have an eating disorder.
Not eating a lot on breakfast is not too big of a problem [I say this cause it’s a race day.] but for the rest of this [especially lunch] is pretty little. Let me get to my main question. Can you make a video clearing everything about the eating and stuff? [only if ur comfortable ofc]
As someone who had an eating disorder when I was younger I don’t wanna project, but if you think before you eat “does this have too many calories?” Please talk to someone ❤
I understand people saying that there could be more protein but she still ate a healthy amount of food. You guys also need to take into consideration that not all bodies are the same, and the people saying "too much sugar" or anything like that, you may think youre helping but in reality small comments like thats vould cause an ed. So everyone judging, focus on yourselves and leave her alone.
guys chill abt not eating in the morning a lot of people don’t eat in the morning especially on like game days with nerves and everything. i get that you guys are like genuinely worried but i just rlly think we shouldn’t be commenting on other people’s body’s or diet, she knows her body more than we do. i don’t mean this is any sort of hateful way what so ever, i just know that as a teen competitive dancer myself some days i may eat less than others and thats just what my body feels like that day. please let me know im looking at it the wrong way 🫶
oh babe this is not enough.. please eat more protein, or look at the actual educational cmnts above me, because love i don’t know what to say but this is not enough and you deserve much more.
I don’t know why everyone keeps saying this isn’t enough food. I estimated the calories of each meal and overall she ate about 2100 calories in this video, which is plenty. She had 3 meals and 3 snacks… I don’t know what you expect of her to be honest
@@feastingchannelthank u for not answering ed questions or posting end content ur one of the few food content creator who don’t post unhealthy eating habits
@@feastingchannel u js look underweight for ur height + weight so I was asking out of curiosity, my niece had an ed as well but, whatever suits ur cup of tea x
This is enough calories not enough protein the amount of food you eat does not equal the nutritional value that peanut butter probably has 300 calories in it the same amount as a small sandwich or 2 tacos she should aim for more protein ex: add chicken with the pasta but she is not “underrating”
Hi I feel like your not giving your body the nutrients it needs and your not eating the amount of calories your body needs your body is still developing and this may cause long term damage to how you see food 🩷

I agree that in a lot of her videos she doesn’t eat much but in this video it looks like she’s getting enough.

Don’t forget protein is very important!

Why do you try to fall on purpose at the beginning...
Lol
I reccomend you to talk with a nutritionist to improve your meals
Her meals look fine. Why is everyone so worried about what she eats?
