I like it, I think you were on the limit with the thickness of plate for cold working. It turned out really nice. I do worry about your Lionels getting dragged into the clutch but as you have rearsets, I'm probably worrying unnecessarily. Best wishes, Dean.
Great video. It will be interesting to see if the new bushes cure your gear selection issue. I was watching one of your earlier videos, and was wondering if you would sell the original exhaust downpipe ? I'm looking for a decent used one, as new would look out of place on my oily rag bike. Cheers
New bushes have cured the gear selection issue, looks like the old output shaft bushes were jamming the other gears on the shaft. Sorry not looking to sell any of the B31 parts just in case I want to put it back to stock.
