Govt fee for a trademark for normal business is 9000 but any business registered under MSME act so under the rebate govt. Fee become 4500

(2) compliance zero hona chahiye kuch saal tak.
(3) government ki taraf se luch fund milna chahiye.
good video this is what i want....but the basic problem starts from MSME office where 90% startups die before starting actual business and the facilities like startuphub, incubation, etc these are not for young thinkers...i don't know who get these facilities

I don't comment too often on the videos, but this video or collab requires some substantial comment. So I viewed all two collaboration part of Intellect Indies and Asset Yogi.
REGARDING PART 2 OF COLLAB WHICH IS ON AY CHANNEL
Before proceeding, i would like to say i am not a subscriber two any of these channels but i watch some of their videos infrequently
First, in my personal opinion, I don't find Sahil Khanna any sort of intellectual or smart person at all (not saying for any envy reason) but his knowledge around the whole digital marketing is basic.
Though Sahil's presentation skill and storytelling ability is good. (REMEMBER: YOUR CASE STUDIES ARE GOOD, BUT IN PERSON YOU DOESN'T SEEM THAT INTELLECT AND THAT PEOPLE UNDERSTOOD THAT'S WHY IT WILL TAKE YOU ALMOST ANOTHER TWO YEARS TWO REACH 1 MILLION MARK IN UA-cam WITH SAME LEVEL OF CONSISTENCY)
Now coming to this collab, In all two parts, Sahil Khanna looked/talked/behaved immatured, and his argument is totally senseless on business ownership aspect and funding.
I guess he is unaware of the term "Serial Entrepreneur" that's why he says he still wants his Lapaas to remember in his name even after 100 years. And talking of bootstrapping, bro it is feasible for a business like yours such as digital marketing services, coaching institutes, small scale import-export but not for capital intensive businesses (actual innovation lies in those businesses not like yours' which is just another simple business where your venture's existence or absence will not affect anyone) but OYO, SWIGGYS, OR FLIPKARTS absence or existence will affect all.
And you said Sachin and Binny bansal should not have sold Flipkart to walmart as in future Flipkart will not known as Sachin or Binny's company. This is the very lame argument I've ever come across. No one remembers PAYPAL for Elon musk because PAYPAL itself is a huge brand because of the value it comes with.
AUR BHAI YAI BAAT KEHNA KI MAI CHAHTA MERI COMPANY SAALO BAAD BHI SAHIL KE NAAM SE JAANI JAAYE, IS BULLSHIT, tell me if someone would've have offered your business say Rs 100 Crore and says you will not get any royalty. TU 100 CRORE LEKE KHISAK LETA MERE BHAI .........THAT'S FACT. YAI BATE ISILIYTE KEH RA HAI THAT DEEP INSIDE YOUR HEART YOU KNOW, KOI TUJHE MILLION DOLLAR OFFER NI KRNE WALA SO JO KEHNA HAI KEHDO.
AND IN WHOLE FLIPKART-WALMART DEAL, SACHIN AND BINNY WERE WINNERS: FLIPKART ACTUALLY NEVER EARNED PROFIT AS SUCH AND STILL THEY MANAGED TO ESCAPE THE ROUTE WITH BILLION DOLLARS IN THEIR POCKET. AND BEHIND STARTING A BUSINESS SOLE MOTIVE IS TO EARN PROFIT IN EXCHANGE OF PROVIDING VALUE TO THE COMPANY.
ALSO, I AM KEEN TO KNOW FROM WHICH COLLEGE YOU DID YOUR MBA (PLEASE DISCLOSE), YOU SAID ABOUT YOUR MBA PLENTY OF TIMES BUT NEVER MENTIONED
IN CONCLUSION, YOUR ARGUMENT IS VALID FOR sole proprietor or small scale kind of businesses only.
Under which section of Income tax long term gains tax Selling- property is exempted by investing in Startup company
You should improve your audio quality & also update your video set to improve overall video quality. Otherwise you are on good track, keep it up.
