One query : for initial funding round with AI, you talked about valuation of company after 5yrs and back calculate NPV assuming some IRR. How to define the valuation of company after 5 yrs -
a. would it be projected revenue of company at 5yrs OR,
b. would it be prpjected net operating profit of company after 5 yrs OR,
c. some multiple of profit or revenue

Hi we need suggestions. We are product based startup. And targeting 15 cr revenue by 2019-20 FY. 40+ Headcount and 2 Zone covered. With NP 18-20%. DIPP Recognised. We think to take funding after reaching at 50cr. Bt also low funds slow our growth without funding target revenue can take 2 years. Pls

take an example of zomato, should i directly go to the hotel owners and tell them to list there hotel in my app for a little % of share in every meal , or i should first make my company, register it, sign other documwnts with everyone.
cant we just do the most impoartant steps that is build an app, list the hotels and spred news among customers

If A has taken a allotment of plot in2008 at 12 lakhs and. Has not registered it and kept his allotment till 2008,now want to sell its allotment in 20 lakhs .but circle rate is 40 lakhs. If B purchases in 20 lakhs from A and the registry takes place between B and developer. Then developer says I will show only 12 lakhs in registry which is allotment value between A and developer.
Then does this transaction also attracts capital gain tax ?
