This is not your regular mutual fund investment, it's risky. And the bubble is a natural phenomenon, forms from time to time in different markets. That reflects an innate human nature, greed. And greed also derives innovation. It's all connected, my friend :) Nothing to be scared or wary of. Unless you are the investor. The one who has that kind of money to spend also has the brains to know what he is doing. Let's just call the information in this video to be "overthought thought" :D
He is only taking one aspect of the valuation game and that is Profit. So this is a small Reality if Profit is given a huge importance as it's given in India and many other financially illiterate countries like India. The investments that are being discussed in this video are for the long Term and not the short term which if for retail investors look at where profits play a huge part in the overall price value game.

on tesla you are wrong it isn't a software company if in future there is loss in continuously they can even sell their hardware.
but there isn't no need to sell hardware because if you look at the quality of the car i.e their battery capacity, as well as build quality, means in safety feature they are at the top no company even nearby to tesla.
so it is not a software company where you just visit any website or app to make a purchase. Its a hardware company where the people look at the quality of hardware and feature just tell me one thing who revolutionized the smartphone industry and set the new standard answer is apple similarly in cars for the coming future tesla is setting the new benchmark to other companies.
Right now the reason for the loss in tesla is that they are investing lots of money in R&D as well as set up new electric charging stations which are one-time cost loss isn't just because of car selling.
Once the all-new factories as well as charging station will be his company tesla and demand of future generations is ev then just tell me who'll be going to full fill that demand simple answer is in USA Tasa having monopoly in ev and it will continue in future until other companies having charging station as well as that high safety features as well as high battery capacity.
I know this company is in losses till that date when it started but future is ev and others companies aren't even nearby tesla if you check one reported on internet that what is the first choice of engineers to work with the company then tesla leads that poll and any hardware company is not surviving because of their brand name its just a myth of your mind. Any hardware company is surviving due to their top-class engineers. As an engineer I know that thing if engineers of top-class universities are choosing firstly tesla then simply the best engineer will be in tesla so there is no need to discuss anything on this topic.
because if you look at the price of the Tesla car that isn't for Indian middle class that car is in the range of Audi and BMW cost so if you think those people care about advertisement then I think you have to change opinion on it.
The people who are purchasing tesla care about quality and brand and tesla having almost the same brand value as BMW, Audi, Aston Martin, etc.

I agree that it's a bubble. But i don't agree with the things you said about Elon Musk. I know, Tesla has never made a profit. But, see what they are building out there. They are making a infrastructure of charging stations absolutely free of cost.
I akso understand that you are talking especially about Business and numbers. But i don't consider Elon to be a businessman. He is a tech genius who is solving some real problems. And you should know, all the patents done by Tesla are actually free to use by any other company. I think, for Elon and all of his companies, the vision is way large.
Also, don't forget, it took 13 years for Amazon to be profitable. And though there are so many e-commerce competitors out there. Amazon is not going anywhere soon.

Well the thing is, while Tesla is in loss today, they are so deeply rooted itself in the core technologies of the future that when the need arises of those technologies in coming 5-10 years, Tesla will be the only provider standing in the market. By the time the competitors realise the need to enter this market, Tesla will have a complete monopoly and the entry barrier will be very high. While Tesla markets itself as a Motor company, it has made itself into an Energy Company. Battery Energy Storage is the need of future to achieve a full renewable energy grid and they have realised it well before others.
So in the upcoming years, TESLA will be like:
*"Hey, you want to enter EV market? You'll need a lot of batteries. Buy it from us"
* "Hey, you want an Energy Storage System? Buy it from us"
Bro seriously, do you think the big giant like voskwagen, ferrari and other big companies don't know about the market need,. Do you really think that when diesel/petrol will get over, that time this company will realise about electrical vehical..

Currently there are many problem with electrical vehical, one of them is.. Slow charging.. You have to keep pulg in your car for. Hours to get charge.. And also once to charged the vehical than you need to return back home after
particular km to charge your car,.. It's not that easy to make people switch there habbit to electrical car,
Don't think tesla will creat a monopoly.. Other companies like volkswagen are much much older and experienced than tesla they can handle any change in the market, they have faced the worst situation and still they are alive in the game,.... So think wisely :
