Let’s not act like his injury didn’t change up history. Westbrook, Harden, Curry, Kyrie, and whoever else didn’t wanna see D Rose. If that injury didn’t happen, he’d have some of those accolades that some of these players have now.

    • @josh7693

if he never got injured, Steph wouldn't have broken out the way he did because Rose as another superstar. The game might not have shifted so heavily to 3's like it did, or at least not as fast

Dropped on him! By torn ACL and meniscus Drose?? I mean if that doesn’t show you the biggest what if and how he was making the whole league on notice that his time was coming. Imagine Russ, but without as much bricks, better handle, better jumpshot, better finishes, runs all over the place. He really doesn't have glaring weakness as a point guard. It gave me tons of memorable, legendary plays and also robbed me of being able to watch these athletes fully develop into what they were supposed to be. I also feel that he was at best a low end superstar. He could have been better likely if he had not gotten injured. During that time John Wall, Deron Williams and Chris Paul were also dominant. Steph Curry and Kyrie Irving were developing during that time. I also think that Rose might have peaked early.
