There is no more entertaining story teller in league history than Iman lmao the stories be so hilarious but it also makes you feel like you were there😂 KG is a close second
Curry is one of one. No one has the skill set of : Dribbles and handles, Shots off the dribble, Moving without the ball, Range and accuracy. Now there are 2 more most important skills that he has that makes him the biggest threat. First is THE QUICK RELEASE. If you're a defender running around chasing him whether he has the ball or not, once he pulls up you'll be too late to block. Second is the AWARENESS. If you are on time to block him he'll just pump fake then take his shot. These skill set are a menace to the opponent's 5 man defence and makes teammates job a lot easier. Him running around without the ball confuses defence. Losing sight of him will surely pay the price. Seeing him all the time while running around frees up his teammates. If he has the ball, it needs 2 or more players to defend him. That's how unique and deadly he is.
I would also include his IQ and I believe that's his most underrated treat, though awareness is part of it, it's all of the little things he does like setting screens and he just knows where to place himself inside the court, also his stamina and conditioning is also a testament to his hardwork
@@benndarayta9156 I agree. His stamina, conditioning, and mental strength is always underrated. Imagine a small player like him being able to score anywhere include in the inside.
Let me add something into that. He is making other players score more because he is obstructing their enemies' defense. People say, "he is not scoring a lot, why do you praise him a lot" Like in the Olympics, Lebron an offensive Juggernaut, can score a lot because of the "too small" play that they are doing. Not only that. Because he is a threat without the ball, he makes enemies drain their stamina. The moment he wakes up from his bed, please guard him lol
Right!!! His career is the most insane and the most extremely fortunate I've ever seen 🤷🏾♀ You played with MJ, Pippen, and Rodman and won 3 rings, went to play under Coach Popovich and win 2 rings with Tim Duncan, Ginobli, and Tony Parker, then go on to Coach for your first time for Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green and win a ring in your 1st year and ending up with 9 rings total....that is the most unbelievable story ever 🙌🏾😭😭😭😩🔥🔥🔥
Yes I think it’s time to throw him in the goat convo. No player has dominated on this level while being so awe inspiring, changed the game and makes it look so easy (Stephfortless) since MJ.
I'm from Nigeria & Soccer is the number 1 sports here but I'm a fan of the NBA & I have heard of a lots of greats & in my humble opinion with my limited Basketball knowledge he has to be one of the greatest to have ever played the game not necessarily the greatest, & I don't mean not just the greatest Point Guards, but one of the Greatest
Warriors fan since the seventies. I am currently 68 years old. Fans enjoy Curry while you can. I thought Rick Barry was a scary shooter. Curry has taken it to another level. I truly doubt if I will ever see another player like this in my lifetime. Now he as an Olympic Gold Medal. Yeah Boyiiiiiiiiiii
Steve Kerr said it best and this is the example… Steph and Mj are the only two players in NBA history the crowd of fans from both teams undoubtedly cheers for every single game 🤷🏽♂️
I'd roll through China 10 years ago and steph 30 was a universal language to connect. Now, same. He's the most lovable athlete worldwide and Olympics were just a reminder.
Steph changed the game but the fact that kids "just shoot 3's" isn't about Steph it's about the way they show basketball to the fans, and this isn't even a new problem. You can see this problem starting from the days of MJ. Basketball focuses on highlights, so every Jordan dunk and fadeaway went into kids brains and they all forgot about defense. Now Steph's 3's are the highlights and people are forgetting about the off ball cutting, the defense (yes, he plays defense), the floaters, the use of gravity, the spacing, the assists, they're not seeing his whole game.
From a business standpoint, he carried the warriors from the ground. From $315M team value in 2009, to $8.2B today, that's insane. Steph's value and contribution to the NBA is way more than we can imagine.
He’s in a league by himself he’s the whole package he’s got the talent ,the personality and he loves what he does and he loves the fans and he loves the other players that he plays against He’s on top in the NBA. God bless him. We love you.♥️🙋♂️🙏🏻👍🏼🏀 I’m not a basketball fan but because of him now I’ve become a basketball fan. He’s the best shooter in basketball and he makes the game seem so exciting. Keep it up. We love you.🙋♂️♥️
Also thankful I got to witness Steph out here in the Bay area, It really gave us something to cheer for, My oldest kid is 9 now and I always tell him he was like my MJ and one day when he gets older he'll watch all the highlights and understand why this guy changed the game single-handedly
These guys takes on curry are spot on. Some of his 3s were scored at some awkward positions, and sometimes, he didnt have the space to aim. When we be like,"its not going in," he made it. I dont know if its even muscle memory. Whatever that is, he is just to good with it.
coach stev kerr trusted him so much and waiting for how chef curry cooked france and was absolutely 🔥💀💀 no doubt! greatest shooter and PG of all time! 💀💀💀
13:29 is an aspect of Curry that is underrated. He is willing to take low percentage shots on the small chance it can help the team (and entertain the fans), sacrificing his statline.
Steph is amazing and his Olympic Gold Medal game was icing on top of his already spectacular career. By far greatest shooter in the history of the game.
I love Steve Kerr's comments on Steph's willingness to shoot full court shots at the end of the quarters. It's all about winning. It's a chance at three points, so he takes the hit to his percentage for the team. I absolutely loved Durant on the Warriors, but it was a stark difference how he always dribbled it out before the buzzer and Steph just chucked it up.
Magic has more championships, more mvps, more fmvps and more 1st team all nba selections etc. What argument does Curry have over him? How can you surpass someone by accomplishing less than them?
He is the FACE of the NBA right now. I love his personality and he is a great role model for kids, husbands and fathers… oh and he also happens to be best all around player, teammate and champion in of the NBA…. past or present.
Magic J. Don't short change your self. For a person your height grooving and moving, passing the way that you did was great too. That's the reason that you are a legend too
Haters using the argument that he's not a "traditional point guard" to discredit him being the goat pg fails to realize that a "traditional pg" style of play can't make you great at this time in the league. You got to have other skills. Dribbling, shooting, passing, playmaking. Steph has all of those. His shooting is just on a level of his own that people think he lacks the other 3. Literally changed the game on how it's played not just in the point guard position. I mean cmon what position is he listed to begin with? That's right, point guard, GOAT pg that is for sure.
PG is about running the offense, controlling tempo, and getting others involved. Even so, Magic is easily the superior player at the position. And he actually did change the game. Whereas Steph gets credit for the long ball explosion but it's really the product of the Rockets' analytics. And then of course there's the Jordan rule, where it comes down to rings and trophies. LBJ is a better PG than Curry and we all just saw that turning to Gold.
@@Cubodesangre666you only mention Steph’s long ball like it’s all he have, then inserts Lebron as the better PG, It’s obvious you’re a Lebron fan, I get why every die hard Lebron fan like you becomes a hater of Curry because if there is no Curry in Lebron’s era, Lebron would have been the undisputed Goat with better finals record 😂
@@Cubodesangre666 I get that, but yet again, Bron's not even listed as a PG. And Steph does control the tempo, the offense of the game, not to mention getting others involved (steph's gravity - unassisted screens). HE IS the offense. He is the primary offensive weapon in gsw. He's just doing it in a different way (offball). I mean if he does play the traditional pg way like magic does, he wouldn't be gamechanger now does he? The point guard position will be played differently in the years to come because of this man.
Draymond has averaged more assists the Curry for many years. GSW ran more of a double SG w/ Dray at Point Forward often. He's a natural combo G playing SG in a specialized system that never existed 15+ yrs ago, and that's why he is so difficult to evaluate All-Time.
Every professional sport evolves thru the years, if they didn't nobody would keep watching and dreaming that that could be them doing that. from Bill Russell to Wilt Chamberlin to /Dr. J. to Michael Jorden to Magic Johnson to Allen Iverson to all the other greats. @@godzillaeatsushi4979respect for a sexual predator 😢
When Kobe speaks about Steph, I get goosebumps.
It’s the most frightening thing about dude though- the scariest thing is when dude locks in with no warning- just straight 4/4 on 60% SPG. 🤮🤮🤮
Arguably the greatest offensive player the game has ever seen. Love watching this guy play.
The Best clips compilation ever, no bs. just the real thing.💔💔💔💔💔.
If you were a star point guard in the 2010s, then your legacy is forever. They should be honored near the very top of the list and Chef is the face of that position along w/ Russell Westbrook, CP3, Damian Lillard, James Harden, Rajon Rondo and Kyrie Irving.
Steph literally changed the game the same way that introducing the three point line did, he showed people that the line is not that far and the shot is not as hard as we thought
Steph is literally getting carried by 40 year old lebron right now . Stop pretending

7:57 "The way he moves without the ball is the worst part".
Great analysis, but I’d say off ball marathon running should be added to the top paragraph
People say, "he is not scoring a lot, why do you praise him a lot"
Like in the Olympics, Lebron an offensive Juggernaut, can score a lot because of the "too small" play that they are doing.
Not only that. Because he is a threat without the ball, he makes enemies drain their stamina.
The moment he wakes up from his bed, please guard him lol
Stephen is humble but deadly when on the courts ❤
!00% agree
Been there with my goat every step of the day way , can’t wait to see him and the US get gold today 😢
It’s so exciting to watch this man play an look like he loves the game every time ❤🔥also he can shimmy real good 😂
Curry is if not the only one , one of the players whos needed to be face guarded all the time..
More like hip to hip guarded

Yes I think it’s time to throw him in the goat convo. No player has dominated on this level while being so awe inspiring, changed the game and makes it look so easy (Stephfortless) since MJ.
“Arguably the greatest shooter of all time” hes the greatest shooter to ever touch a basketball. 1 of 1
Steph has a Kobe & MJ element about him imo
Some of it.
He doesn't make any all-defensive teams, and that is half of the game.
And he didn't make the cover of sports illustrated for rape like Kobe did😂😂
It’s called the killer mentality

For sure!
If anyone had any doubt, the last 3 minutes of the Gold Medal game and 4 straights 3s against France put that to bed! Literally! 😝😝😝
this was so well edited. Great video👏🏾
For the record, Kobe (RIP) called Curry's greatness before anyone. Deadass. He and Wade were the 1st and 2nd.
Iman Shumper is killin me with those comments and manner of speaking
Chef Curry, what an awesome player!!!
Steve Kerr said it best and this is the example… Steph and Mj are the only two players in NBA history the crowd of fans from both teams undoubtedly cheers for every single game 🤷🏽♂️
Great great compilation! Very enjoyable and well put together.
I'd roll through China 10 years ago and steph 30 was a universal language to connect. Now, same. He's the most lovable athlete worldwide and Olympics were just a reminder.
0:21 Arguably? [Nick Young confused face]
Brooo, you read ma mind
There's no debate about it... Steph is the greatest shooter of all time 🤌🏻🔥
He just give inspiration to smaller guys that they can be in the NBA.
....the satisfaction that comes after seeing the ball travel all that distance ❤
One of the best video production I have ever seen and accurate Curry is definitely in the GOAT conversation….Congratulations!

He is the greaest shooting guard in the history of the NBA.
MJ is the greatest SG and Steph is not a shooting guard. Two huge errors in only one sentence smh

Chef Curry is a magician 😍
I am so glad that Curry is never going to retire.............I WISH he could play forever.
Me too
wdym..he is retiring sooner than later
Stephen is like Michael Jacktson. It will be many life times before you see another Stephen.
These guys takes on curry are spot on. Some of his 3s were scored at some awkward positions, and sometimes, he didnt have the space to aim. When we be like,"its not going in," he made it. I dont know if its even muscle memory. Whatever that is, he is just to good with it.
Curry so sick man
coach stev kerr trusted him so much and waiting for how chef curry cooked france and was absolutely 🔥💀💀 no doubt! greatest shooter and PG of all time! 💀💀💀
Not only he is a very confident, amazing athlete but a genuine, a beautiful human being !!

Thank God.
@brianmabasa5251 I thank God for everything.in this case I acknowledged Dell for his Introducing steph to nba at early age.thanks for being fecesious.
13:29 is an aspect of Curry that is underrated. He is willing to take low percentage shots on the small chance it can help the team (and entertain the fans), sacrificing his statline.
Definitely the GOAT 👍👏
he is really in the goat convo and i am a neutral from nepal
D Wade said it perfectly. At this point, we have to expand the mount rushmore
THE GOAT EDITOR NEVER MISSES
Steph is amazing and his Olympic Gold Medal game was icing on top of his already spectacular career. By far greatest shooter in the history of the game.
The way he played in the Olympics made me believe he is the goat. He carried a whole team of talent shooting lights out!
No matter what no one says Wardell Stephen Curry is the best point guard and shooter the game has ever seen 💯🐐🏅
Magic has more championships, more mvps, more fmvps and more 1st team all nba selections etc. What argument does Curry have over him? How can you surpass someone by accomplishing less than them?
No sane person would take Curry over Magic
If Steph is a point guard , then Anthony Davis is a point guard because he dribbles up the court. 🤦🏾♂️
Keep quiet with your boring basketball bsck then old heads.
He is the FACE of the NBA right now. I love his personality and he is a great role model for kids, husbands and fathers… oh and he also happens to be best all around player, teammate and champion in of the NBA…. past or present.
Steph the GOAT 🐐
%100 agree
Curry is the GOAT!
The best point guard ever is Oscar Robertson.
Hes an 👽 ive watched him since his freshman year at Davidson
Magic J. Don't short change your self. For a person your height grooving and moving, passing the way that you did was great too. That's the reason that you are a legend too
now after the Olympics everyone can agree.
Who else had goosebumps watching this .RIP Kobe what sharp sharp guy
What a great video, has me itching for a documentary on him. Like his own Last Dancr.
That’s the ultimate compliment Pat Bev talking about”I’m going to bed at 8 o’clock! Mom don’t call me, wife don’t call me… I got Steph tomorrow!” 😂😂😂
@@Cubodesangre666 You are clearly a Bronsexual LOL. That said only your first 2 sentences are correct. Everything else was hot garbage.
Now is Stephen Curry's time. He is the GOAT in this generation.
haven’t watched a piotrekz video in years
All of the great basketball players in reality respect each other greatly!
The best part of the video was listening for the Kawhi laugh :D
Who is here after #paris Olympic 2024
I've been saying he's top 5 Goat for years. People finally understanding his impact, the gravity. Shooting is contagious. Everyone plays better and scores more with him. He even saved players' careers, ie McGee.. I hate to say this, but Green would've been out of the league 10 years ago. His style only works with a player like Steph. Insert Steph in any bottom team, he would've taken them to the playoffs. People just don't understand.
so true! ppl commenting over here are acting like GSW has always been a big team with superstars that is always in the playoffs and always a contender for the NBA ring
