I went through reviews both on Amazon and online (Better Housekeeping, etc) and I decided to purchase this one a couple of days ago. I'm still waiting for it to arrive but I hope I am as happy with it as you appear to be. I've only ever made quick breads and no-knead breads. But I want to start making my own. I love pumpernickel but I cannot find it in any store in WA state.
