Thank you for this video. I've made all of our bread for years and always thought bread machines were stupid because bread is so easy to make without one. I bought this machine on impulse and then promptly started overthinking the process. Your video (after watching several) dumbed the process down and now I'm excited to give it a go tomorrow. 😍😍😍

I've ordered a KBS and I'm awaiting its delivery. I'm getting excited. I love pumpernickel bread and *no* store offers it in my area so I figured a bread machine was in order. I have weakness in my arms/hands so kneading dough is rough on me and my KitchenAid stand mixer struggles with heavy doughs at times. A machine will help with my pizza dough and pasta, too!
I really hope you eenoy the machine and know your Recipe. Amazing how we toss and go it makes it for ya. you'll love it we still uses ous and I hear you about the personal concerns repetitive work really wears us down

The dough looked a bit dry so it worked hard.
How do I get a manual and a quick guide. Mine is missing and I don't see a way to get one from KBS since I purchased it from Amazon.

sorry if I made a mistake its basically a bread machine by KBS
