I've been wondering about this for some time, whether it's possible to do BRR with a mortgage! Great video indeed Harvey. One thing you didn't discuss was purchasing at auction. What is th strategy you employ for that, cash or bridging or is there another Harvey growth way?!? really enjoying your videos mate! I owe you a few pints for that advice :)
Yeah you need to buy cash or bridge from auction mate. Thanks for the positive feed back. Did you make it on my last free workshop? If not I’ve got another on Sunday 18th that you will enjoy
Nice Vid! Just so I understand right, for the re-mortgage is it best to involve another lender(to get you as a customer), or re-mortgage with the same lender(re-evaluation)? I'm not sure if that's what you meant 'advance', never heard of the advance before.
Remortgage with the same lender... if you do it with different you’d break the terms. Kent reliance offer a product that you can take a second advance.
Harvey I am at the moment doing a BRRR project I to want to refinance after six months can I still do it even though I have a fixed five year product I thought I would have to still pay early redemption fee or shall I try and stay with same lender
Great video Harvey, very informative.
