Heres an idea, instead of the stupid re-role mechanic just drop the energy requirments for artifacts. It literally has no perpose outside time gating players. RNG is a fun mechanic unless you time gate it, then it just becomes dogshit.

Pretty sure they mean the ones you might not have unlocked(?). Meaning yeah the Amphoreus ones for Remembrance stuff would be available right away, and then onces you haven't unlocked yourself yet, that's what I think it is at least
Ok this is how is goes i recommend everyone skip aglea and herta and get robin and her lc and if you are super lucky then go for lingsha also but just get robin this patch and just wait for mydei and castorice thier duo will be the best in whole 3.0 series untill 4.0 aglea will get power crept very soon
it just provides options for players, you don't need every character... im skipping almost all besides the herta and robin.. and if i have extra maybe aglaea but aglaea is a rough spot currently in v5 even with sunday not having her 1 with huo huo hurts and not having her e1 at all sucks and her e2 is also quite big, the herta also has a strong e1 and e2 synergy but its not needed but it does help, so both are in a rough spot, its just that the herta is in a much friendlier position for players in general as you don't need other 5 stars for her the best current characters until her premium 5 star erudition character comes out is mini herta and serval, and then lingsha or aven work for sustain as does huo huo etc, and last character many harmony options work.
Actually in a way, having multiple banners in thay way is kinda good, sorta? It allows older characters to rerun more often. Yes you are kinda forced to choose one or two characters to get and having to skip the others but its way better than waiting multiple patches for ur desired character to hopefully getting a rerun. Its an issue genshin is facing, it literally took Shenhe over more than a year to get a rerun. Chronicled Wish Banners do exist in genshin and help out a bit for reruns but with how few and far between each Chronied Wish Banner is from one another and cause each CWB is region based, its not a good enouh solution to solve the banner issues genshin has.
HSR has reached a point where we have so many characters that this is necessary if you don't want to wait insane lengths of time for reruns. It feels bad for f2ps and low spenders who possibly want a bunch of characters but at least this gives more characters a chance to rerun sooner than would be normal otherwise

yup but many are easy skips such as jade or silver wolf, boothill is also quite easy to skip for many players though he's very good, feixiao while super solid and robin is also there aglaea is beter if you have her team, otherwise best to go for fei and robin, and robin is just very strong in general so best to pick her up. Outside of that the herta is very solid but can be skipped as well, lingsha it depends she's such a solid sustain so missing her does sort of suck for some teams but ghallager still does very well in many teams or huo huo etc.
