- Hello Everyone. After a short period of time I am still loving My Harmony Comet semi hollow body guitar. The GOLD FOIL pickups are just a little bit different from standard PAF style humbuckers and certainly nothing like a Strat or Tele style pickup. It's a 'horse of a different color' so to speak. The people at Heritage Guitars in Kalamazoo are the manufacturers of this brilliant product. To be honest, I think the price point for this kind of quality is unheard of. This guitar has a set neck and that's a feature that usually commands premium prices for similar American made guitars. Good for us! If you get a chance to check one of these fine instruments out by all means please consider it. In the meantime, please be safe and stay healthy! ... and ALWAYS PLAY WITH PASSION!

We’ll done. That’s great tone
i have this guitar and it's absolutely bad ass.
YES!!!!! It's an excellent axe. I am so happy to get my hands on one. The set neck is really done well. the price makes it easy to own too. rock on!
Oh, Jake!! That was absolutely kick butt man!!!!! In the bat cave , where the rock and blues go All in for heart and soul. Killer!!!!!!
Hey Robert, happy 2023 my friend. This should be a great year for music. Detroit is heading into a min-ICE-age this weekend so I'll be down in the Bat Cave making more noise. hahaha. I love this Harmony guitar. The people at Heritage knocked it out of the park. The black finish has sparkle in it that doesn't really show up in the video but ....HOLY SMOKES....what great attention to quality and detail. When I was a kid, back in the 20th century, the local drug store used to stock cheapo Teisco, and Harmony instruments. Sears had Silvertone. Those instruments left a lot to be desired back then. Since that time, and with proper manufacturing, the Harmony guitars are really something to take a look at. Of course, I have other guitars but this thing rates up there with some of the more expensive guitars in the bunch. Oh well, I'm going to enjoy this guitar a lot this year, and many more years to come I hope. Be safe and stay healthy my friend and always remember to...................PLAY WITH PASSION!!!
That is a great video. Love those bends. And those pickups do have a unique (and fantastic) sound.
Hello Johnathan, thank you for the shout out. YEP.....this guitar does rock. Made in Kalamazoo at the Heritage Guitar factory. What a fabulous instrument. They put a lot of quality and love into this guitar. The fit, finish and quality are superb to say the least. In the meantime, I hope that your 2023 has started out with a lot of music. Keep on playing and never stop filling the air with sonic bliss! PEACE.
That's the kind of playing you can just lose yourself in. I've noticed more gold foil pickups in the last couple years, Fender just released their own line too. Never played them myself but that is a fantastic sounding guitar.
Thank YOU for the kind words Tom S. Yeah, GOLD FOILS rock. I have never played this type of pickup before. I am very impressed with the sound and quality of this guitar. Geez, another good thing about this Harmony guitar is the price point for an American made instrument. The people at Heritage Guitars in Kalamazoo Michigan are responsible for this masterpiece. So, please keep on picking and enjoying your own sonic guitar vibes. Never stop pickin'. PEACE!
@@jakesmith4506 The price is extremely attractive, I was looking at the website after your video. While I don't have the itch for anything at the moment I'll be on the lookout, my wife and I are visiting Chicago in April and stopping by CME. Who knows, might leave with something.
