A small oversight that might increase the placement of the Ocatrine ring it boosts a the storm bringer Twice the initial hit is melee and the chain is a range. t hat might increase its placement a bit but no more then 1 tier.
Great tier list! I agree with most of your rankings but the polished octarine ring should be higher B/A tier in my opinion because it has the highest mining speed bonus and if you are using the scarlet drill you will reach 2500 mining damage with a fully optimized mining speed build which make polished octarine rings very desirable for lategame mining builds. The spine ring should also be a lot higher as it's very useful for bosses lategame and most of the time it will help more than a glass bead ring against bosses due to how damage is calculated and the fact that you already have higher damage multipliers compared to boss damage multiplier when eating buff food making the spine rings damage boost larger in comparison to the glass bead rings pure damage boost. Spine ring deserves to be in A tier as it boosts your builds an insane amount against bosses while not doing anything against other enemies making it not deserve an S tier ranking.
I know that this has nothing to do with the topic but could you tell me if a slime farm that produces 160 slimes per hour is good? I don't know anything about it...
I think you should edit it a bit because there's clearly a mistake. You ranked coral ring (62 health and 8% boat speed) at D, but larva ring that only gives 53 health at C rank. That's certainly incorrect. While it's true that larva ring can be gotten earlier, it will also have lower health value than Coral Ring at every stage of its level up. Moreover, at its early levels it's not even high enough to really help. Even two of them don't compare to a single caveling or better enemies attack Even at level 18, their health bonus is just under the max damage from the regular caveling.. At higher levels you would need two of them to eat quarter of an attack. At no point does this ring seem to do you any good. Even the glow ring seems more helpful, since you will at least see the enemies from further away and avoid the attacks in the first place. Well, its set has a use, however. But the ring itself is useless. Later on the same with noble ring, where 28% of healing from health over time is by far superior to extra 3 health.
Not impressed with this analysis. Some items were ranked lower than they deserved because they didn't fit into a general ranged or melee build. For example, you ranked the bone ring as low despite the critical hit chance stat being essential for mage builds.
For future tier lists, I recommend taking in consideration the set bonuses

not an oversight. As Stormbringer didn't exist when I made this tier list. But you do make a good point for 1.0 viewers.

Just out of curiosity what would you consider to be your "one ring to rule them all" so far in the game? For your preferred build I mean.
for me its the Glass Bead Ring. I use at least 1 in almost every build. After that the Polished Golden Spike Ring ends up in a lot of my builds too.

Thanks for all your guides and lists! Do you plan on making an updated version of a mobfarm? :)
I do yes. But it won't be out until after 1.0
@@DakonsMadhouse nice. looking forward to it!

well I did write this before mages existed. And many of the items in here have been reworked since 1.0 came out. But thanks for your opinion anyways.
