Spent 2 days trying to beat it (not fully), i was using my usual Pipe Frame and Standard Wheels/Super Glider with Heavy Mii but was falling in Lap 2 and 3. Somehow was getting caught in the conveyor belts section when going in a good pace, it could the timing where the 1st shell starts chasing you when exiting the cannon. After a some attempts i went for a Middleweight Mii and Mario with the same combination but managed to get a bit further, then thought of using the Standard Kart cause it has a bit more Speed. It did helped in the Chinatown section cause i think the Shells tend to cut corners there.
