- Here is a Greek style roasted goat and potatoes recipe right out of the village cookbook. Perfectly roasted bone-in goat, potatoes seasoned with the classic lemon, olive oil and oregano is the perfect recipe for a beautiful Greek inspired meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs. goat (bone-in)
- 2 lbs. potatoes
- 1 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 3 lemons
- 2 tbsp. dried Greek oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste

So tender. The only thing I would change is not putting the lemon shells in. A little sharp because the skins browned. The turnips where a little sharp too so next time it's all potatoes. I took some Cook's prevailage 🤭 Soooo good.
