Well better luck next time on the fishing . I’m bad to lock my keys in the truck , so I had an extra one made and zip tied it underneath , always have a spare . Good to see y’all back , keep the videos coming .
Go to the UA-cam station called simple living in Alaska, they just got back from dip net fishing 10 days ago or something like that and they have a very nice video where you can find out where they went and how they caught them etc. etc. etc. !! I wish you the best of luck next time you go and God bless and stay safe 🙏🙏😎🍺🍺🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
My favorite rig for snagging is a 2 ounce weight tied directly to the main line and a treble hook every foot for 6 feet. When you feel the fish, you pull back as hard as you can with both hands.....with any luck you'll have it about 1/2 gutted by the time you get it reeled in.
Damn it.... buy that beautiful key losing woman a "Comfee" washing machine. I did my whole two weeks laundry last night in a short time... I think from time of turning it on to pull them out was forty four minutes and they were washed very clean... I am crippled, some of my uniform is due to Lymphoma just as "dainty" as her unmentionables... I hate having such articles in my laundry but its that or been in tons of pain. Most tackle shops have these "floating devices" that attach with a small Caribbean so stuff floats in the water and never will lose other than fast water carrying it downstream faster than you can catch them... ask me how I know. They have a place for a name or other ways of making them personal. They have many prices, some as low as a "dollar and forty cents" which is cheaper.... but before leaving home. some take a key and tape it to the underside of the vehicle they choose to drive. I drive one thing hard and that is a great machine, not too cheap either as I just always went to a thrift store or neighbor tossing something out.. most of those will not work in conditions like your in.. .. this well constructed from stainless steel machine should be ticket that dolley ordered... a cleaner version of what dad said when he thought mom wasn't there... turns out she had just stepped up behind him and instead of a kiss on the neck. it was a brutal whack with the shovel handle she was carrying/lol. I had just got to the central part of alaska where my son was in the hospital with lymphoid cancer.... that was the spring of 91... and the weather we are having now almost mirrors the weather now... winter followed with a vengeance
You must check the channel Simple Living Alaska . They have become quite good at catching the salmon. Lots of good ideas they have

Egads, so sorry about the keys, what a shock! Hopefully you'll have better luck next time out and can actually do some catching.

Get something that floats and attach it to your keys. Better yet get a carabiner and attach to your pants or both.
