I was beginning to wonder if anyone was going to notice that.
I just got one with grey dial and it doesn't have explorer printed on the dial
I think they may have changed it since I got mine. I've had it for quite a while before doing the review.
I got mine on sale with black rubber bracelet for 26$ since I ordered Jubilee bracelet with adjustable glide lock clasp so my total this beautiful time piece cost me 40$

Yeah I think I've seen pictures a couple of pictures of that. It does look really nice.
The dial colour is really interesting, when the light catches it right it really pops. Big fan of the relief style bezel. I think it would look better with less text on the dial and those polished centre links are smudge magnets but other than that it’s a decent offer. Good work 👍🏻

This one seems to be one of the better offerings by Pagani Design. It looks nice, I think you have picked up the best colour option. The cyclops alignment is acceptable and it's not one of those ridiculous 43 mm sized homages. Cheers James👍
It's also one of their cheaper offerings, before they decided to move up the food chain a bit too.
There might be some sort of advantage for Pagani Design to concentrate on making watches near this price point. Not everyone is going to shell out for a San Martin if they are just looking for a reasonable priced beater watch. Cheers.

I was waiting for when someone would review this watch with this bezel and dial combination. It looks amazing. I do think however since you've had this for a while, it's an older model, Pagani have updated their dials with no explorer on it and even improved the lume and bezel

The pd-1664 is beautiful n really very good value compared to this model. I wish pagani start having anti reflect on the glasses. Good review btw 👍

I see that you change the micro adjustment. I asked Pagani company whether that was possible but the answer was; no. So I am very much interested how you managed to change that position in the clasp.
I just used a a regular spring bar removal tool. It's a little tight, but it does work.
Please make a review of the Addiesdive submariner quartz. I wonder why, for example, pagani design or San Martin do not make quartz watches that would be much cheaper due to the mechanism.
I don't think they are as popular as automatic and mechanical ones.
@@HonestWatchReviewsHWR I know that automatic watches are art but I prefer quartz because they are more comfortable as daily watch and of course more accurate.

This is the PD1651.
Not having a red second hand is a deal breaker for me.
Is there a V2 that doesn't have the ridiculous " Explorer" cobbled onto the dial. Beautiful watch though. All they have to do is offer it with a plain blue sunburst dial, delete "explorer???" and possibly have a solid caseback. If it's a Yachtmaster homage, why have a bunch of non-homage features.

Why am I watching this, I have the same (okay, almost, black/coffee bezel instead of steel) for almost a year now. :-D
Best NH35 I have (+3 dial up, spot on in use) but the bezel action is also quite bad, play in almost all directions. Lume is still disappointing. Looks amazing though.
Thanks for watching, despite already having the watch yourself. So it seems the bezel action is pretty standard then.

Pagani totally screwed me. I had problems with the bezel, misaligned and wobbly, also the numbers were pink on my Root Beer GMT. They wanted me to pay to exchange or return. Dozens of messages got me nowhere. Even Ali Express did nothing to fix the problem. China is still problematic. Don't do it.
I'm sorry to hear that. Did you include plenty of pictures in the dispute? What was verdict from AliExpress themselves?
@@HonestWatchReviewsHWR I sent pictures, they denied the problem. “Free Returns” was ignored. Ali only provided me a $20 coupon.
I always buy Pagani thru Amazon. Watches come by the time you open the door and if the watch is bad, Amazon will come and get it and credit your account.
Yacht master is 38 mill I think, with a small lug to lug so this homage is too big!
They do them in 37, 40 and 42mm.

Bezel sucks, lume is terrible 😂 better to add 50 $ and buy Orient which is worth every penny.
