To be fair, it wasn't uncommon for cartoons at the time to feature drinking and smoking. Though it is odd that an E rated game gets away with that when a T rated MOBA removes the cigar from a character's splash art for no logical reason. Edit: Ok now they have added the +10 for Fantasy Violence, Mild Language(?), and Use of Alcohol And Tobacco. But Graves still can't have his cigar.

To be fair, it wasn't uncommon for cartoons at the time to feature drinking and smoking. Though it is odd that an E rated game gets away with that when a T rated MOBA removes the cigar from a character's splash art for no logical reason.
