Great video. Just had 2 questions regarding route running. The first is: Which routes would you use the hip drop/chin to knees technique for? Would it only be for curls, comebacks, ins, and outs? Secondly: When using the hip drop technique, which foot should be used for the initial hip drop for each kind of route? The inside or outside foot? Love the content as always!
Appreciate you man, I teach it on comebacks, curls, digs and hitch’s/stops. For comebacks and hitches/stops I teach inside foot, for curls and digs I teach outside foot. Although for digs you can go inside and just do a 2 step cut it all depends
@@ajaybajwa5498yes it’s the same as a Dig and prepare for a throw by…. Also you can outs as a speed out… it depends on what leverage, depth, cushion etc the DB gives
