As someone whose played both quite a lot, I love the points you made and I may be down to go play it again, but I prefer FHM so much more since you can manage teams you might not have even heard of but yet get emotionally invested in them, and work your way up to the NHL. The detail FHM provides is second to none, HLM is a game that’s certainly on the come up and I prefer a bunch of things on HLM over FHM (actual animations for the draft and NHL awards) but HLM isn’t there yet.
My favourite thing to do is go back to 2010 and rebuild the oilers, also when you launch a new franchise in history mode there is a setting called ignore draft history that’ll make it so they actually have the right potential when you draft them
I’m 3:38 into this video and I can’t understand why this game isn’t available on Xbox or PlayStation? F the NHL this game needs to be available on those consoles. I bet with enough money the NHL and NHLPA would sign
I think what I love most about this game is the different settings available, such as how much you want the Salary Cap to increase, prospect quantity and quality, etc. Playing the game really isn't very exciting in my opinion and being it's just a port from the mobile version it feels pretty bland compared to even FHM. The price is great as is the depth, but the overall immersion just wasn't there for me.
Looks pretty good, I guess for $6 why not. I have to say that little things like who someone is related to, and uber-detailed stats aren't really that important to me. Can you make a custom league from custom teams and do all the logos and uniforms, etc., is what I'm really interested in. I don't really care if they're real or fictional players. Other than the Kraken I don't think I could name more than 2 players on any NHL team (and most of them less than 2). And doesn't Franchise Hockey Manager already do history? In fact there you can start any year, this one it seems you're limited to only particular years. How is that better?

This game is also free on mobile, but you have to pay $5 for the good stuff like history mode, roster editor, online rosters, etc.
Can you edit the rosters for history mode? I started at 2010 and drafted kaprizov but his potential is way of
This game is actually free if you play on Mac like me. This is so nice because other than NHL, there's no hockey game I can actually play
You should do a franchise mode with this, that would be really cool :) thanks for all the videos you do, they are really good
That's the plan! Just trying to decide what team to use

Been playing the game for a while now, just have one question: how do you retain salary when making trades in the roster editor?
Man you really sold me on it. Buying it right now.

What roster do you use? Also keep up the good work 👍
I have my own custom one. I'm planning on releasing it for PC and Android soon
I use rsb. It’s pretty in depth
Do you know if this is available on MacOS?
I'm not sure. I would assume so if it's on the app store
It’s available on Microsoft store steam and android and Apple
can you play out games?
How do you get the real players and team names ?
That’s what I’m wondering
@@LucasBeisick Have to pay the 5 bucks and use a custom (user made) roster
Hell just release the game for the Xbox and PlayStation consoles and let us do our editing. No need for real teams or players.
No licensing is a killer for me - otherwise you're investing countless hours in renaming.
That's why the pro version is king
Whats the link for the game on pc
Just search Hockey Legacy Manager 24 on the Microsoft Store
