The fact that the good school also lacked goodness sometimes while the evil school too at the end wants to be good(cloth as reference) , therefore there is no such thing as good and evil while a person can be both
Or an airhead! I remember wanting to be a princess as a kid, but NEVER the damsel in distress! I always preferred people Like Mulan, Belle, Jasmine and especially Tiana who used their smarts to overcome problems!
This scene hits my heart so hard, joyous things makes me feel something that tears fall immediately...love is form at any shape...I mean, you don't know the person but theres a connection...
I understand why many would assume the Evers aren't Good because of their lack of empathy, but I would like to add that maybe it's one of the effects of the school master corrupting Good for 200 years. It is terrible of course but every Ever is still a student, and students have plenty to learn. I don't want to assume they are bad because it would override what Agatha believed in: that human beings are complex. And while we can categorize good and evil by act, the nature of the person remains to be dynamic. The Evers can still grow to be more good and so can the Nevers grow to be more evil. As someone who has read the books I hope they would put emphasis on the fact that to be Good or Evil is not the end of the person but the progress one chooses to partake. Love the movie though still sad August Sader wasn't here.
as Shakespeare wisely said - "All that glisters is not gold" - the "good" "beautiful" people may glister & glitter - does not make them GOOD - Agatha GIVES her wish away showing true character & beauty - *inside* _and_ out (& yes it is "glisters" - often misquoted as glitters)
This isn't a great movie, but Kerry Washington and Sofia Wylie's performances were fire. And the character of Sophie (Sofia Ann Caruso) was so much fun, I couldn't even be mad at her.
A love so much that scene… the music and the great heart she has, so powerful to free someone. Her headmaster knows she’s a true princess 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆❤️🏆🏆🏆🏆❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
No one talks about Gregor! He literally died and no one cared. Agatha was shown that she was a real princess, the wish fish was freed, Dovey found faith in Aggie but Gregor is still gone.
It would show the more horrific side of this and the darkness involved if the wish girl were to decay slowly until she was bones then turned to sparkling dust.
As beautiful as it was that Agatha gave changed her back to a human, it was still kinda scary watching all those fish cling together and transform like that.
Think Dovey knew the girl Agatha just saved? I know her expression is chiefly amazement that finally there's a student who's a true princess at heart for the last few hundred years, but I also wondered if she knew the girl as well (might've been a good touch for her to say the girls name)
Difference between Kiko's wish and Beatriz's wish. Kiko saw Tristan reach his hand out for her. She hopes for love and a future with a boy she likes. And she's got a good shot at it too. Beatriz saw Tristan dancing with her. A dance can signify a relationship but not always. And she was mostly focused on how they'd look together. She wants to maintain the status of beautiful and with the best prince in the school.
I wouldn’t say all of the other students are artificially good. I would say compared to Agatha a lot of them have been trained to think looking good means GOOD but there are other girls who are like Agatha but don’t know it yet like Kiko. I really hope she gets more screen time in later films 🥰🥲💖🌸
Well they certainly didn't make any mistakes about where to send Agatha. Think that's why it worked out - the girl she saved granted her her wish to be able to go home and granted her peace because Agatha had brought her peace.
A True Princess doesn't wish for her happy ending, she wishes for everyone's happy endings. Agatha is realistic character but also has pure at heart.
🥰🥰🥰

Or an airhead! I remember wanting to be a princess as a kid, but NEVER the damsel in distress! I always preferred people Like Mulan, Belle, Jasmine and especially Tiana who used their smarts to overcome problems!
This scene is absolutely amazing
I love kiko like ‘ME ME ME’ lol she’s my favourite
This scene hits my heart so hard, joyous things makes me feel something that tears fall immediately...love is form at any shape...I mean, you don't know the person but theres a connection...
when the fish start to manifesting into human, i was like "ewww its disgusting"
that's racist. Fish are human too
I understand why many would assume the Evers aren't Good because of their lack of empathy, but I would like to add that maybe it's one of the effects of the school master corrupting Good for 200 years.
OKAY BUT WHY KIKO IS SO CUTE😭😭
Agatha didn’t mean for that too happen but it was so thoughtful😊❤
Anyone just mesmerized by Beatrix? Like she's so beautiful
Atleast in every dozen movies released by Netflix in monthly basis, atleast 1 is good. And this movie is unique and need sequel
This isn't a great movie, but Kerry Washington and Sofia Wylie's performances were fire. And the character of Sophie (Sofia Ann Caruso) was so much fun, I couldn't even be mad at her.
this scene makes me cry..... 😭
poor that fish girl and the others
I loved this movie. I stumbled upon it and was so happy I did.
Whos excited for the school for good and evil coming tomorrow?
Its already out
I watched it yesterday. It was ready good. Thumbs up
@@daisylandlord5131 oh..
@@daisylandlord5131 Im STEWpid
The way I cried this shocked me so much 😭
Agatha is special 🥰😊😊
The scene after this made me cry.
"we haaaave~ animals!!"
....
But what if someone allergic to any animals? 😂
Think Dovey knew the girl Agatha just saved? I know her expression is chiefly amazement that finally there's a student who's a true princess at heart for the last few hundred years, but I also wondered if she knew the girl as well (might've been a good touch for her to say the girls name)
"Call yourself a prince teddy?" my fav quote ever
Everyone should watch this movie, it's campy as all heck but man it really was well done ❤️
What's the title?
I cried soo much here.
oh pls- not again.
True heart true beauty true love … its message of every movie.. we all r watching movies but what r we learning ?
Sofia my Queen 👸😍❤️
This girl was too pretty to play agatha ❤
Just watched this movie last night, it's so wonderful. I love Agatha.
I love the film...amazing
Agatha is such a lady
One of my favorite part of the movie...
can't wait for the next season ❤️❤️❤️
I love it
This scene made me cry😭
Difference between Kiko's wish and Beatriz's wish.
Kiko saw Tristan reach his hand out for her. She hopes for love and a future with a boy she likes. And she's got a good shot at it too.
Beatriz saw Tristan dancing with her. A dance can signify a relationship but not always. And she was mostly focused on how they'd look together. She wants to maintain the status of beautiful and with the best prince in the school.
Make a part 2 of this great movie
I like this movie many times I love this story true love power
I wouldn’t say all of the other students are artificially good. I would say compared to Agatha a lot of them have been trained to think looking good means GOOD but there are other girls who are like Agatha but don’t know it yet like Kiko. I really hope she gets more screen time in later films 🥰🥲💖🌸
I have never seen the movie before and I instantly could recognise the characters. As soon as I saw kiko I was like "wait is that kiko?"
Nice movie ,yes I want to download this full movie
I have to go watch this NOW
This scene was crazy in the book, not gonna spoil it though
We enjoyed watching this film ✨💖
Ok. I am going to need to watch this.
I loved the movie so much but this scene in the book was fanfreakingtastic…
Who's gonna tell her about tristen because it's not gonna be me
I just watched this, and this is so good🥰🥰
True beauty is in the heart not on our looks ❤
This movie was amazing
Well they certainly didn't make any mistakes about where to send Agatha. Think that's why it worked out - the girl she saved granted her her wish to be able to go home and granted her peace because Agatha had brought her peace.
