I hope you like your grandpa and listen to his war stories. People who gone through hard and difficult times are likely to have gained great wisdom. For me agad is like a son recounting his adventures. A wise head on young shoulders. But then I am a grandfather myself.
What a rollercoaster! Thank you for sharing it for educational purposes, finding the right move under time pressure and over the board is always harder
@@larochejaquelein3680 I wouldn't say that it is low at all, after all, he is not a full-time chess player, but a full-time content creator and chess enthusiast (that's what I'd describe him as, I might well be wrong, no offense meant), more akin to an ambassador of chess. Great game. It's a generational thing. In the sixties we were taught to be very wary about sacrificing a central pawn. Your generation is fearless and a masterpiece of fighting chess results.
I especially like seeing your own games because of your ability to comment on your thought process over the board. With other people's games you can only guess what they were thinking. Thanks for sharing.
This was an important lesson, especially when looking so hard for enemy threats that you miss your own. Thanks for sharing this will add to my thought process in game.
Every time I see a video about a classical game with the Scandinavian defense, I can’t help but to think about your video with Bobby Fischer vs Addison when he laughs at Addison’s d5 response to e4. Thanks for sharing another great game!
Just a request Antonio, if you could bring more classics and Mysterious games with interesting stories it would be really cool. Also love these videos of yours.#suggestion

Nice game. I did not spot the rook lift, but of course, as always, once it's shown, it seems so obvious. Don't beat yourself up too badly, very solid game!
I learned a lot from watching your videos and I’m grateful for your the contents. I have to admit that getting an analysis of your own games and getting your opinion and your thoughts on the moves that you played is way more enjoyable and educational than any other game thanks for sharing.😊
#suggestion What a game man! What a game! BRAVO! You should start showing more of your own games. It is more educational for us mere mortals. Grandmasters are like hollywood superstars but we need to follow the career of our local theater actors to first learn the proper way of method acting. If my analogy makes sense :)
It's good to see your own games too, occasionally. You're a good player in your own right, adding to your good credibility in understanding chess. You are able to describe your emotions and thoughts throughout which isn't something we can normally extract from a GM. It's very relatable for anyone who plays chess too. We've all been there: A wish-we-had moment, a wish-we-hadn't moment! It also adds a little variety to the channel. Feel free to show your games like this one again. It's a win-win-win-win for me.
What a pity you missed this Re5 which was ending a great attacking game but anyway a very cool one To follow ;congratulations maestro and best wishes for next !
#suggestion It’s cool to have some games from a tier or two down from that level you usually cover. It’d be cool perhaps to have some interesting subscriber club or local championship games that aren’t superGM. Perhaps even from smaller events with interesting back stories. It’s nice to see humans playing chess too!
#suggestion Vladimir Bagirov vs Eduard Gufeld 1973 - The Monnalisa This is one of my very favourites games and maybe the best ending combination of all time. A very complicated King's Indian defence with a lot of plot twists. For me, chess is life and every game is a new life. ~ Edward Gufeld
i seen that rook lift to E5 proud of myself woooo lol, but i couldn't help but what if after RE5, BD3 defending that square and wasn't exactly sure how to proceed too bad he didn't explain after BD3 anyways appreciate the analysis.
Yes it was obvious enough a lift and no I didn't find either. I guess practice and experience plays a part as you become better at keeping your cool under pressure. It bothers me so much that I often let the clock run out and lose this way, but it been a league game I guess I would have played on too.
I've been playing Scandinavian for like a year so I was excited when it went main line. But then I realized I have been blundering on move 5 all along. Maybe I should redo the lichess primer. Or maybe it was Gotham chess that led me astray.
Hi there Antonio, My son and I were just wondering, what you would do, if your opponent had defended against your rook to e5 move with rook to a8, wouldn't this have made your continued attack much harder with that resulting position, where he would threaten your queen, before you had a chance to threaten his? Many greetings from Dragonplayerdk and son. We enjoy your many chess videos a lot, especially your pause the video moments, where we really have to think! We often find the first move, but not always the full continuation in a longer series, say 3 to 5 moves. But keep up the great work in presenting chess in an entertaining way to the public, especially in your longer videos with deeper analysis. Did you by the way ever do a series about Mikhail Tal; the magician from Riga, by any chance? 😊 BR JP aka. Dragonplayerdk.
Not a bad game Antonio you did make some leeway early on I like your style you played to win trying to bring the game to him your opponent was pretty decent player as well I’m making this comment the game still going on I can see you did promote to Queen and so did your opponent he has the Bishop advantage I thought you would go onto promote the next pawn with that nice pawn island you had Good effort Good Game I enjoyed you played well impressive
Antonio, may i make a suggestion, once a week, use crayola to draw your lines of attack, or better yet, a childs channel, burnt ends 'n more, using crayons n pencils. Thank you for presenting chess instruction and history in an interesting fashion.
when agad tells about his own games its like grandpa talking about war
📊 ??
Are you implying that he is lying somehow?
I hope you like your grandpa and listen to his war stories. People who gone through hard and difficult times are likely to have gained great wisdom.

@waterisflat Thanks for sharing that with us weirdo.

Why is agadmator‘s elo so low? He has played chess since a young age and his elo is still amateur level?? I expected at least 2100

The suspend was too good, thank you for uploading such a thrilling game. B4, sachs, small blunders and the draw was a nice.

Amazing how much more detailed the analysis is because you're hearing the thoughts of the person who was actually playing
Agad: I played b4, and then I was very happy

Great game. Great video -- covering all the possibilities for both sides.
And it was in this position, after missing the e5 rook lift, that Antonio went to the bar (aka UA-cam) to share his story of sadness.
Great analysis of this game. We all miss moves when a game is reviewed in detail.
I would love to see more games of yours.
Great real-world chess. As with any kind of competition, it is how one recovers from a misstep that makes spectatorship worthwhile.
. . . what a comprehensive analysis - thank you !
Nice game and terrific review. Thanks!

I don’t get why at 13:12 Re5 prevent black R e2
be played b4 when it was the strongest move and he enjoyed it
