I use the same fan and filter in my drying 3x3 tent. Works great although I find my AC infinity 6" in my grow tent makes less noise than my vivosun 4". You are absolutely right about the humidity. With my heat running in winter I need to add for sure and in summer need to bring it down. Stay healthy

I’m thinking about the same thing, we have a guest room that’s dying for use.
If you place the carbon filter front to back instead of side to side and place the fan outside the tent, you could fit two 2x2 lights on either side of it. This would give you enough clearance to bring the lights all the way up. You could gain up to a foot of space this way... and with a tent so short, any additional space is always beneficial.
That's exactly how I do it. I put a plank across the top of the tent for a shelf, put the fan, driver and power bar on that. Cheers.

QUESTION I bought the same set up but I notice the incline fan has a red arrow I'm assuming that's the side the connects to the carbon filter side or NO I may have placed mine backwards cause it seems to be sucking air in from the the duct I have outside the tent
The red arrow tells you which way the air is moving. What side u put the filter on is determined by if the fan will be inside or outside the tent

How do the tents compare to gg tents or Mars hydro?
You can tell the Mars tent is thicker but I've never had a problem with a vivosun tent n I have 3 now
Buy the gg tent, I have been using these vivo tents for about 2 years. Cheaper for sure #1 issue is around the zippers and side flaps for passive flow. Now if you dnt have an issue with light leak not a bad tent. I know use my vivo for veg and dry tents only...
@@pandemicgrower4212 riiiight. I have a Mars and gg tent but was debating if I should try a vivid. I’m in the desert 🏜 so I need it a little more thick to keep the climate more consistent
@@cozytreefarms1102 it's not a bad tent at all dnt get me wrong, but those were my main issues with that brand of tent so far. Can always up vent size and circulation to help battle temp issues

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put the top of my tent on the poles.
Make sure its fully unzipped. Then put the frame in the bottom of the tent. The rest of tent will go over and wrap around the poles
@@BassdropkeysYFNN That’s what I did, twice. Then I undid it again, and tried top first. It won’t fit around the poles. I am almost certain they sent me the wrong size tent or poles. They don’t go together.
