Yeah. Went with my Summer Musashi, thinking I was safe, then got gobsmacked when Nobu got rid of the invul my Castoria had put on her. Still won, but Musashi was close to death the entire time. Would have gone down in a single hit if I hadn’t been covering her with Castoria’s invul.

@@tincture. start with tamamo and a castoria. Drop Tamamo buffs on chen gong and immediately plugsuit her to the backline. Switch to double castoria (with some starting charge), use two rounds of avalon and gong np after them. Maybe use the atk buff from plugsuit. Breaking the first bar is the main problem. I personally chose to use kscope lanling and imaginary around Sima Yi for the next two turns, but i think waver or skadi can be ok as well :) NO MIKKONS WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS CQ.

After a bunch of attempts, I can say this: I borrowed an np5 castoria from my support list: she had her own bond lvl 10 ce equipped. I only have an np1 castoria, so… I guess an np5 supp castoria with a lvl 65 gong is probably mandatory 😭 It worked though 🤣
Actually tried doing this fight with my grailed and fully foud Voyager, took 8 turns because I forgot about Nobunaga stripping buffs from divine servants so my Skadis perished way too early, but being able to utilize your favorite servants to fight challenge quests is always a pleasure
I'm stupid and never really used stall teams. So I was kinda eager to try Himiko out for this and somehow forgot what class disadvantage was. No MLB Dmg CE, either, lol. I still found it pretty comfy in Himiko...'s comp. NP1 Merlin and Castoria? Basically invincible. I just punched a bar out every time Merlin's S3 and Himiko's S2 lined up.
Remember that the Child of Atlas CE lets you ignore defense. I'm not sure how effective it is compared to the event damage CE, but it might be useful in this fight if you want to kill Nobunaga first.
I tried Child of Atlas at some CQ in the past (unfortunately I don't remember which) and it didn't pierced through defense and my damage was pitiful. Maybe it was some strange bug, but still I am a little disappointed in this CE.
Opted for the Lancer Frontline with BB in the back and Castorias backing each of them up. I didn't go for both Castorias in the frontline cause I didn't have access to an mlb'd event ce (got super unlucky). Worked out pretty well with the other two rounding things out (Mozart for Arts Crits guarnteed and Helena as I don't have enough mats to lvl Masked China Saber's 2nd skill). Also Kagetora is pretty good for removing the atk buffs Nobu gets after Nobukatsu commits lethal minecraft fall damage provided she gets an Arts card (might work with a Quick card?). All in all I was over-worrying about this fight and it wasn't as hard with my team set up.
Had summer Yu take out Nobukatsu while Hiji took out Nobus 1st and 2nd bar... then the entire team got nuked and I had to clear the final bar with a Herc solo, which of course he managed
Didn't know all the mechanics of this fight the first time I did it so ended up killing Nobu first after 30 turns and then almost dying to Nobukatsu. Did a run back where I one shot Nobukatsu with a sacrificial frontline with B.B. double Castoria in the back in 5 turns.
I decided to complete the CQ with using Kagetora as the main servant, 3-4 guts later I manage to do it the most fun I had in a bit. Also I did not think of defeating Nobunaga first hmm something to try later, good quality vid as usual keep up the good work.
I took this time to go back to my old forgotten love, original BB. Been a while since I've used her and her buff removal was pretty useful against these pesky invincibility procs from nobukatsu :)
I managed to 7 turn this with Castoria and Merlin buffing the hell out of an NP1 Hijikata. Nobbu’s last turn activated his 1HP guts and he ended up slaughtering her with 1.25 million damage
This was a pretty fun CQ, did a few times, trying different DPS each time. Nightingale, Enkidu and Qin Shi Huang (the last of which was a solo). A lot of moving parts but made them all work.
I led with Hijikata for the memes, but he died way too soon and my backline Summer Kiara didn't have a damage CE. Had to burn a revive even as Kiara bursted down multiple break bars.
Very interesting, I went into this CQ blind and just stacked up supports behind Summer Kiara, 2 NPs did enough splash to break Nobukatsu and the rest was just a mermaid beatdown.
I actually did this with np5 110 musashi. She popped both bars turn 1, took a chunk out of bar 2, and then her and both castorias were safely taken out of the way for Herc to solo the rest.
The answer is that Lancer Melt can actually do this Fino (I've done a 3T of this myself with her) but you need to pop her defensive skill on turn 2 since Nobunaga will steal remove her defensive buffs + plug Sherlock and give all of double castoria's buffs for her + get card RNG for crits to clear out each and every bar decisively and refill. I personally did this with a 104 Lambda Melt and had to use a Castoria with her bond CE to get enough damage. EDIT: also, Lancer Melt does not pierce defense. She can remove Evade on a water field.
My strategy in this fight was Kagetora, BB, Castoria front line with Hans and Castoria 2 in positions 4 and 5. Turn 1, charge up Kagetora from the 30% charge on the damage CE, putting the arts up on BB and plugging in Castoria 2 to finish the Kagetora charge and then unleashing her opening volley to KO Nobukatsu. Turn 2, charge up BB the rest of the way, have BB use gun w/ mlb damage CE and crack the Castoria NP. Proceed to let Nobbu massacre Kagetora, bringing forward Hans. Turns 3+, feed the BB stars and charge and have fun wailing on Nobbu with NPs and Crits until she falls
I've found that if you do the Nobukatsu Must Die clear of this, running Kotaro and blocking Nobukatsu's NP buff is a petty big help. Then plugsuit him out or gong him or whatever
Inspired from this, I did a 4 turn using archer Ishtar. (Burn turn 1 doing nothing, because her mana burst needed for first bar). Y'all know it's a whale set up when plug-suit Benienma is the solution for dodging Nobu NP though. XD
This CQ could have ended with me using a command seal to revive my whole party. Lucikly just 1 CS was needed to get round of avalon up to survive an NP and good enough RNG for castoria to die first so that BB can handle the rest.
My first clear was done with NP1 OG (not Moon cancer, the Alter Ego) Kiara and all the supports. Slow, like 8 turns or so, but successful on first try. My second clear was a 3t with NP1 Kippoushi + double Nobukatsu + Merlin + Waver + Skadi. Also first try. My third clear was the unkillable Himiko/Merlin/Castoria stall. 30-something turns. Also first try.

This time: I used beni to off Nobunaga first. I discovered that it's better to run Mozart than Calamity Jane because A. You mightn't have the stars to get Jane's Invul pierce, so it has to be right at the start with starbombs (for me anyway), only giving me one turn to take advantage of the pierce invul, and that's IF the hand isn't crap. This might be circumvented by using a star income as opposed to star bombs but the setup could get really expensive, and you still might get a crap hand. This could be circumvented with BB, but I'm not sure if the lockdown + star income can make up for having 1 less caltria/lack of pierce invul. B. You can control when you need the crits, allowing Beni to get her NP quickly, if not instantly. Not to mention doing heavy damage. C. Mozart provides a massive boost to arts strength (arts buff, arts res down). Letting Beni shred through the first break bar. Once Nobunaga was dealt with. I let Cu finish off Nobukatsu.

Damn, this CQ made me scratch my head thinking "Why the hell my Herc gets hits, while he has invul?!". And then I read that Nobbu has deffensive buff removal from divine enemies, and then it hit me "Herc is divine". I savescummed a little but it turned out that solution to my problems was Guts. Looks like Guts is solution to many problems :)
OOPS I also hamfisted it and went for Nobunaga first. I just did Saito memes and since Katsu isn't really threat the misclass didn't really matter. Castoria np really is just so strong in cqs.
I also opted to just throw on an invul pierce CE over the Himiko one. I think the Himiko one is probably better I just was too lazy to deal with it and dmg isn't too difficult nowadays in fgo.
"A lot of those servants are...bad." Emiya's NP ignores Defense and he gets a damage buff for the event. Though the downside is he's AoE, so he might just kill Nobukatsu first before you have a chance to kill Nobunaga first
I use bb to target nobu as well due to nobukatsu death will make her harder to kill, nobukatsu do not have high atk, making it easy to kill him after, sad that he did not go suicide after break due to nobu die earlier I also upload my battle on UA-cam as well

Nothing harder than you'd expect. Honestly just went for DKN first. Then went into kagetora for nobukatsu.

How i did this fight was with castoria merlin and himiko. dont have to worry about the avenger buff to rulers if i dont intend on ever getting hit
Since I have Np2 Castoria and Merlin, I didn't face any problem with immortal team after borrowing Np2 Himiko.

I used summer kiara (my only moon cancer) and sicked her on nobunaga. Eventually Nobukatsu fell as a side effect of popping the np a couple times.
