素烧鹅是一道从杭州寺庙内传出来的斋菜，因色泽黄亮，形似烧鹅，故名素烧鹅。
虽然现在卤味小铺子都卖素烧鹅，但我最爱还是杭州知味观的味道。这是一道朋友聚会时颇受欢迎的卤味凉菜。

boiling water 3.5 cups

@@tkchu 煎完后就可以吃，吃不完可以冷藏，蒸熟放凉后一定要煎
