I meet Trace once, he called me a hero. I have been worrying about how the people that used to call me hero would see me now, I went from Hero (wounded Vet) to Villain because don’t like Trump. It made me feel a little better hearing him talk. I needed this.

The scariest part is he simply gave a voice & party platform to something that had been driven silently into the shadows during the civil rights era & made it cool to come out of the closet about it so much so they don't even feel the needs to wear hoods anymore. The 1942 USDA film *Hemp for Victory* would be an easy way to unify the country, considering that it was filmed in Kentucky, one of the reddest states in the US.
It wasn't made for hippies in the 1960s. It wasn't made for "woke" police reform activists. It was made for Conservative farmers in rural Kentucky and Wisconsin in the 1940s to replace foreign imports, repair our supply chain, bring manufacturing jobs back from overseas, and defend our country from totalitarian fascist imperialism and global genocide. But no one cares, not even the "educated' Left that pushing to "legalize" Cannabis.

In 1990, when the 1942 USDA film *Hemp for Victory* was finally listed in the US National Archives, then-President George HW Bush ordered active-duty US Army soldiers to join with police and Federal agents in a series of drug raids in northern California called Operation Green Sweep.
US Army soldiers were raiding Americans' homes over the exact same Cannabis Sativa plant that was legalized to defend American homes from being raided by German and Japanese soldiers during World War II.
We spend billions of tax dollars every year to arm police like soldiers against the American people in the war on drugs and then import hundreds of millions of dollars of hemp fiber from Canada and China.
What is intelligent or wise about any of this?
*Hemp for Victory* changes everything, and that is why the film is not taught in schools, even in most colleges, and is never once mentioned in any American media outlet.
There was a bill introduced in Congress titled HR 3652, the *Hemp for Victory Act of 2019.* Had that passed, Americans could have grown Cannabis to make PPE for hospitals during the 2020 pandemic the same way that Americans grew Cannabis to make equipment for the military during World War II.
Instead, Cannabis dispensaries were dubbed "essential businesses" to remain open to sell "legal" weed to selfish, ignorant consumers while hospitals ran out of masks, toilet paper, bed sheets, patient gowns, ventilators and just about everything else that can be made from Cannabis because they were waiting on imports from Asia which were not coming.
*Hemp for Victory* explains in less than 14 minutes how growing "Marihuana" can replace foreign imports from Asia and repair our supply chain and bring manufacturing jobs back from overseas.
Again, what is intelligent or wise about waging war against our own country over the exact same natural resource that built this country?
This is an exercise in logical thinking that every adult needs to pass before they should be allowed to vote.

@Trace Adkins IF you indeed are Trace Adkin, awesome. However, I do have considerable skepticism about that given how easily anyone can create an avatar on UA-cam with any moniker they choose.
That said, my point regarding Trace Adkins was that during his one-on-one with Bill Maher he spoke of being sober and the reason being that when he drank he became a rather unpleasant person who most people wouldn't want to be around.
He got sober which likely means he went through some kind of program. Most programs are AA based on some level. This includes making a searching fearless moral inventory of ourselves examining our defects of character, our shortcomings and how we may have harmed others. It also involves continuing to self-examine and make amends to those who whom we have harmed by our words, attitudes and actions. This is done to keep our conscience clear so that we won't have stuff inside us to feel badly about which may cause us to want to drink.
ALL THAT, does NOT comport with Trace Adkins saying I ain't apologizing about anything. In my view, if I bring a guest to my friend's party and he becomes a boorish oaf and clod who offends and insults the people of color at the party, talks crudely about female genitalia, tells the immigrants who were there that they owe their good fortune to him, and otherwise causes conflict and division and then also steals the silverware from their house on his way out, I have something to apologize for. I especially have something to apologize for if I continue to bring this "friend" along to future dinner parties.
THIS is what voting for Trump is like! Continuing to bring that friend along is what voting for Trump a 2nd time and refusing to accept the 2020 election results is like!

Trace Adkins himself is recently divorced, from a gal named Rhonda who was his longtime wife, manager, and the mother of his children. He was a country boy from the South, she from Chicago suburbs, yet they seemingly had a healthy marriage for many years....
I never heard of this guy so I read his Wikipedia page. Wow! His second wife shot him through the heart and both lungs and yet he survived.
