You are awesome! I just called up my first group of turkeys yesterday by just joking around voice calling. They walked right up to me blew my mind and my husband's. He said I'd never see that happen again. But I may have found my special hunting ability lol a girl can dream anyway. But I love your video. Definitely gonna watch more and practice with them. 😊

Sheri Johnson I found an app what shows how accurate your calls are, works well for seeing how you measure up compared to a recorded turkey
Never knew this was a thing, I've been calling in gobblers for years on oil leases in south texas just mimicking Hens. I went toe to toe with your call on the first try. Awesome video.

I can yelp better with just my voice than a slate. First season trying no calls at all just my voice and I tagged out by 2nd weekend in 2 states. Needless to say it works

Thank you to the person that posted this video and thank you to the gentleman on this video I have been trying for quite some time to replicate a natural voice call and was getting more of a sore throat then I probably should've because the way he explains it is much easier than what I was doing so again I thank you sir and I will be practicing. And I promise I'll try not to take away your championship. 😀 my great grandpa's brother was in a Christopherson the mayor of Turlock California and the one thing I wish I could do as well as he used to his gobble. And now I just learned how so I will be practicing.

question, is the gobble also an inhale?, i do all my calling on the exhale but have yet to master a gobble.
I think he's exhaling if you haven't figured it out, you can hear the diaphragm call vibrating which I would think means exhaling.

@@levimiller6037 he's not using a diaphragm, this is all voice.
@@huntangler19 what I meant was he has a diaphragm call in his mouth but he isn't calling with it. If you inhale with a diagram it will make a really weird vibrating noise. I could be wrong that he doesn't have a diaphragm in. I've got the gobble started by now and I inhale, sharp burst of air forming his words gotta start slow and speed it up. That's what I'm working on right now, speeding it up.
@@levimiller6037 this guy's known for pure voice calling, he definitely doesn't have a diaphragm call in his mouth.
