Thank you for this informative and clear video. What about the level 2 variables that do not vary within the group such as w1 and w2 in the "Demo.two level" dataset? Do we add them to the CFA? Do we report CFA for group level and individual level separately?
You could add those variables to your model if they are of theoretical interest to you. I tried to make the example as simple as possible to explain the use of the CRSE, thus I did not include them. If you want to look seperately at group level and individual level, then you should use multilevel CFA instead of cluster robust standard errors.
