This young man's got some drive! Also appreciate showing what a set of hedge trimmers could potentially cut through for people that have thicker branched bushes to trim.
Wyatt You are a very hard worker, and a great roll model for the younger people, I know your parents are proud of you. Thank you for another great video and keep up the good work
A true young American success story. Your a model for our country's future. Good luck, you will be very successful. My husband started landscaping and lawn work at 14 years old, had a helper at 15 and bought a brand new Gravely and made payments at 16. This was in 1962 in Ohio. Best to you!
You may want to get a DR trimmer mower it is so great I love walking my woods with mine and just push my DR it’s a trimmer on wheels and saves on the back 😉
I have never seen anyone do that before. What an enjoyable video! Others pointed out, they make a metal blade for brush so it would save your back. But it also shows others what they can do with the tools they have at the time to get a job done. That pond looked great after you were done.
Wyatt, that's is a lot of hard work to clear so much vegetation with a hedge trimmer. Looks so much better great work. I hope the family appreciated all that effort and back breaking labor. Beautiful job!
Appreciate it Brian! My parents definitely did! They already found wayy more for me to do as well 😂🤦♂️ but at least something like this can be enjoyed for a while! The plan is to clear the rest of it, remove stumps, and start mowing it 😎👍
God surely Blessed you and your family, I am a single mom of four which 3 are now adults and I bought five acres so I could have an acre and all of them have an acre. I got it 2012 and when they were still in school I could get them to do something, I would be out there with them and we would get about an acre cleaned off but then they would let it grow back up so I have given up. God Bless you and your family.
Haha thanks Pam! Yeah I could potentially have use a tractor to brush hog but we wouldn't be able to to see the rocks/stumps. So now we have something to work with a bit better 🙌
I recently came across a used PAS package for sale, and it included a hedge trimmer attachment. I had the idea of using it for brush clearing. Glad to see that it would work. Thanks for the video. I DO have a question, though. After cutting all this brush, how do you clear it out?
I never clear out any opf the dead weeds or blackberry canes and it decomposes pretty fast, adding organic matter and mulch back in the soil. it will even suppress some regrowth of weeds for awhile as a mulch.
Very satisfying to watch Bud!! Ah to he young and be able to be bent over like that. You're a freakin machine Cuz!! Until da next one Dirty Jersey out!!!
Hello Wyatts yep I done this on a clients yard sometimes all you needs on some jobs are simple tools such as a weed eater loopers and a little pruning saw property is looking great keep up the gpod work 😁 take care and God Bless
Nice.. they have chain saw like round blades to go on the weed wacker .. it's so cool it will cut then mini trees and the stuff u were cutting .. but good job either way job is done .. I always try to make things easier on myself or finding a different solution
Great video and great job on that. Give that a week to settle out and then start running the mower through it every week. It will shape up nicely. Keep up the good work young man and keep the videos coming
Regular people without a bionic back may want to use a pole hedge trimmer with an articulated head, or better yet an Airecut blade on a heavy duty string trimmer that mulches up the debris as you cut.
Nice Wyatt. A little tough on the back but well worth it. Are you going to keep it mowed down? an old push or riding mower is good for that. Sure would be nice to get the Scag in there someday. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Mike! And yeppers that's the plan! I have a couple hundred feet yet to clear out and thin the trees. Then we'll rent a stump grinder and go crazy with it for a day. And boom, I'll try to turn it into yard 😎💪
Nice Wyatt, take a little time to do some fishing. Looks like a nice spot for a picnic table and some chairs. I see a firepit in your future. Way to transform your property.
You are the best UA-camr in my history with a good example and you can see that there isn't a way you could be here to be here for the first year of your own time 3PM 446
I'd probably take it up and load it on a trailer. We're going to let it sit for a while to break down a little. Then we'll start mowing it like the rest of our yard 💪
I just had the same idea a few days ago because I'm tired of using string trimmers with feeding issues (getting stuck) and too much debris getting in my face and pieces of cut plastic building around my house, but I'm thinking of doing it a little different, getting the hedge trimmer on a pole, this makes it about 3 feet longer so you won't have to bend down as much. The only thing I'm not sure about is how much I will still need to bend down to get as much of a parallel approach with teh ground as possible (doesn't need to be perfectly parallel though). Anyone else try it with a pole hedge timmer?
Long time no hear from ya brotha! It turned out great. I imagine you have a video coming out of the Cs-2511t? Just a lucky guess! I have been working on a lawn renovation in my backyard, and well... tune in to see how its looking. I am going to make a whole playlist on it in the end!
I'm not sure what trailer is in this video that your referring to haha. But I do also have a 5x10 open. Used to be my setup for mowing. But it's currently just a landscaping setup
@@wyattslawnservice7212 yea bro. That's true. Nobody wants to work outside or they don't want to work more Than 8 hours but anyways keep doing your great work man 👍👍🙏
I thought I mentioned that in the video. Maybe I didn't use that clip. But I didn't want to use my good trimmer for that. Just a crappy 17 year old one haha
You still should have use your articulating hedge trimmer. Just sharpen the blades when done. Good tools are made to be used and abused till they are done.
This young man's got some drive! Also appreciate showing what a set of hedge trimmers could potentially cut through for people that have thicker branched bushes to trim.
I was wondering if this could be done-and then found this video. Thank you for posting it Wyatt!!
Awesome work, I wish my back was about 15 years younger to be able to do that consistently. Keep that spirit, your gonna go far.
Wyatt You are a very hard worker, and a great roll model for the younger people, I know your parents are proud of you. Thank you for another great video and keep up the good work
Appreciate it Dave! Glad you enjoyed the video 😁👍
Looks good brother. My back started hurting for you all bent over lol. Love the videos
Haha that's funny! Glad your enjoying man😁🤘
Would a pole version help with the low cuts like this to avoid bending or no?

My god kid just watching you made my back sore! You sir are a machine!
Haha appreciate it man!
This kid is going places, and he knows it. Nice work man!

Appreciate it man! We're considering that metal blade! But yes what we have works for now :)

I just found you on utube and love watching your video. Have to say my back hurt just watching you but sometimes you have to do things your way.
Haha thanks Pam! Yeah I could potentially have use a tractor to brush hog but we wouldn't be able to to see the rocks/stumps. So now we have something to work with a bit better 🙌
We need a young energetic fella like you here in north Georgia. Our bushes have gotten out of hand.

Great job! Looks Fantastic.
Thank you sir! 😁👍
The views are awesome. Now that you are done take minute and enjoy your surroundings. Nice work sir!

Great video and great job on that.

Keep up the good work young man and keep the videos coming
That's the plan! I'll walk through it slowly and lookk for rocks, etc... To move. Then Should be able to keep it looking nice 👌
You might look into an Oregon mulching blade for your string trimmer.
And thanks for the video!
We are looking into it for my dad's 2620😎🤘
@@wyattslawnservice7212 they seem to really do a good job.

Nice back bracking but great job 👍
Thanks haha
great job Wyatt, looks a lot better already. do you have a brush cutter attachment for your weed eater? they work pretty good too
Thanks man! Still have a lot to go though! And we are considering one for the 2620

were you using trimmer or saw ? my backyard is similar but i do not know whats difference between trimmer and chain saw.. which one does better job?
I was using a hedge trimmer. It works well if it's not thick weeds. Chainsaws are for trees
@@wyattslawnservice7212 thank you!
Sweeeeet!! 😁👍
Nice vid mate. You've got way more patience than me lol I would've just thrown a set of old blades on my zero turn and smashed it with that 😂
Send it! 😂🤘
great job.....

But then again I'm about 30 years older than you.
Oh man that is back breaking work!!! I bet your back is sore as hell now! Looked great after though brotha! 😎
Haha just slightly. I'm not looking forward to aging lol! This type of work is awesome because I'll get to enjoy it daily 😊👍
Great stuff.
Question: How do you get rid of the left over stuff on the ground? Say someone wants to grow grass around the left over trees?
I'd probably take it up and load it on a trailer. We're going to let it sit for a while to break down a little. Then we'll start mowing it like the rest of our yard 💪
Hi, Brotato. Back aching much? Lol. Great job bud. 👊

Great video bet your back hurt after that
Thanks John! And just slightly. It's good to be young 😂🤘
Good job . What is the name and model of the trimmer your using
Looks great. Is definitely invest in a back brace. I know you're young. But that stuff will come back to haunt you. LOL great job
Lol that sounds like it would be hot! 🔥😂
They make a brush cutter for a weed wacker look into it bud
Thinking about something like that for the 2620 🤔
It works! I use the renegade blade on my stihl fs110

Haha it's been a while!😂 And maybe soon 🤷 also, when your playlist is done I'll have to watch it the whole way through 😎🤘
👍 THANK YOU
No, thank you sir 😎💪
No bees?! That's good
How long did the trimming take?
What size trailer is that ?
And what made you switch from a utility trailer to an enclosed trailer ????
I'm not sure what trailer is in this video that your referring to haha. But I do also have a 5x10 open. Used to be my setup for mowing. But it's currently just a landscaping setup
So your 5 by 10 open trailer can fit two 36 inch 0-turn mowers
I do hedging everyday of the week at work. Good for the shoulders
How many refills on the hedge trimmer?
I believe I had to refill it once near the end of all the trimming. I get almost and hour and a half run time on a tank
Nice work brother 👍👍. But what happened with your helpers?? I don't see them
They didn't last. No one wants to work. And o was tired of going through guys so I decided to stay solo this year 🤷

Mabey I didn’t hear it
That's a bad white boy
Ah to be young again. I wouldn't be able to get out of bed if I had to bend over trimming like that.
Looks great though! 👍
Haha thanks man! Appreciate you watching 😁👍
Take that Echo PB 8010 and blow all that now. LOL. Good job. Your back must have been hurting
Slightly sore the next day but not bad. Good to be young 😂👌
Lol looks like you could’ve had this done with a weed eater and the right string which with would be that super thick one
It was a bunch of small trees 1/4"-1/2" base. String wouldn't work unfortunately
watching him bed over like that hurts my back lol
Save your back young man " back belt" for later years a bit of small advice from an old man of 49yr. 👍 Great Job. God Bless👍✌
Appreciate it sir!😁👍
Hope your back is ok.
Most definitely. I look small but I do stuff like this all the time. So I've built up the muscles needs for this work 😎💪
Bro just add a Brush Cutter Attachment on your string trimmer it's a lot easier on your Back.
It is now 2022. Still doing videos? Where do you live. Did you buy you house.
Man if the gas trimmer cuts it then the scag would have too
It would have but I'm not gonna put a 8k+ mower through that crap haha
