I realized that i was given a promise for their salvation as there is no peace without it❣️ This gave me soo much hope. I held on to it for dear life. My son is now 28. The name of R. C. Sproul was mentioned who emphasised the significance of this chapter, Genesis 15. Sproul died a few year ago now. But he has left an amazing legacy of sound Biblical teaching to be found at Ligonier.org. Also the ‘Ligonier App’ containing daily audio and video teaching series by Sproul and the team of teachers at Ligonier.

Amen. Love you two, all of you I love. I am walking through a river of blood here in the homeless community of Colorado Springs, learning from years of disbelief because I didn't want to believe what was so self-evident. I am a sinner that is taking up my tools to try and make for a better future.
Something I would like you to know that I learned early on in your talk was the reminder of the sacrifice of the birds, and then you did such a good job of tying it together on the giant river of blood our entire human race is treading through. I am studying to become a Medical Biller/Coder but I do not know if being employed in the profession is why God is giving me the opportunity. I am unemployable in the State of Colorado, and by way of executive order of President Biden, the entire United States because I will never play along with the LGBTQ. I will continue to love them as God has loved me, constantly reminding them of what they sacrificed and that has ruined our planet. I have a 12 year old daughter who has zero influence from me because of this battle of the LGBTQ demanding their place in eternal history. I am working to forget about them while they insist on letting me know how present they are, but I am learning and loving learning more evidence against them regardless; and this week I am learning about the nervous system. When Abraham split the bird in half, God knows every sparrow, he split us in half. Our brains are divided longitudinally and we have a fibrous connection between the two hemispheres and when that yolk is broken, as is the case with Alzheimer's, something is irretrievably lost. Four hundred years we lost because of those few animals Abraham sacrificed and he learned in short order but the hard way how vast the heavens are and how God can giveth and taketh away from man in the same way. Talk about a having your first dance with mortality from a lesson with God. Imagine how many years of hell we must survive for all the animals we think lesser than us as we become more violent and selfish?

Jesus's Kingdom is without end, increasing forever. Children of Abraham will be born into even the new creation forever. This reflects the number of stars.

Apostles Peter and John said the God of Abraham glorified his son and servant Jesus, Who is the God of Abraham? Acts 3:13 The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His Servant and Son Jesus. 15 But you killed the Prince of life, whom God raised him from the dead.
What about the god of ishmael and esau? Aren't their god is also the god of abraham? Dont just exclude them because i am pretty sure God send them a way for salvation even before Jesus crucifixion. I am open for comments or violent reaction

So, I deeply believe the children of Esau and Ishmael are precious to God. He desires their salvation, too! But, that will only come through the death and resurrection of Jesus. If there were other ways to be saved, the sacrificing of Himself for us in Jesus was needless. And, what God would endure all that if there were other ways. It would also imply Jesus is a liar, and as he is fully God and fully man, that is impossible. Blessings to you!

9:40 It can go both ways, you can believe and then obey, and you can obey then believe. So obedience can lead to belief (Pascal’s wager). Obedience to whom? Christ! There will be HEAVEN ON EARTH
Not something you would tell your children! Abraham fell into a deep sleep, and I nearly joined him. It was a covenant, that's all we needed to know, the rest we could have read for ourselves in five minutes.
So here's the thing guys; there's no way Abram saw ANY stars. In verse 12 the sun is still up and that's AFTER he cut half a ton of live meat in half with a knife. And that's the whole point! He saw none and yet believed! I'm pretty passionate about this chapter! Lol!
Gods plan is to make what He says and does and all shall come to be. He said he made us in His image. That too, for it is spoken and written..shall come to pass.
I thank the Good Lord for opening the inner eyes of HIS chosen people. We from India have been praying for ISRAEL and for the PEACE of JERUSALEM for so many years. Because HIS chosen people rejected HIM (JOHN 1:11) we the gentiles, received the grace to know YESHUVA MESHIAH, WHO came down from HEAVEN to do the WORK of MESHIAH, which no one could do except HIM. In HIS own time on this earth, there were other people named YESHUVA. (Acts13:6)(Colossians 4:11) Those who accepted YESHUVA MESHIAH as their own LORD and SAVIOR, HE gave them all, the RIGHTto be HIS children (JOHN 1:12) And those who accepted HIM, as their personal SAVIOR, is not called Jesusians, but CHRISTIANS. If at all you notice any one sincerely obeying the commandments of the LORD is that what HE told HIS desciples in Mathew 16:20. So for what HE had done for us, by HIS GRACE, we should honor HIM as YESHUVA MESHIAH and not simply YESHUVA. If you closely notice the EPHISTLES of PAUL, he addresses HIM as YESHUVA MESHIAH or simply MESHIAH. Regarding the Covenant one has to read Jeremiah 31:31-34. And again Mathew 26: 27,28 where CHRIST fulfilles The New Covenant promised for our salvation. In Hebrew 12:23,24 Paul talks about the SPRINKLED, SHED PRECIOUS NEW COVENANT BLOOD WHICH SPEAKS on our behalf and keeps us all safe from the attacks of the enemies. By The NEW COVENANT, one comes to know GOD more and is not in a situation where he has to learn anymore. So HIS chosen people should read HIS WORD and abide by THE WORD which is THE TRUTH.
I humbly request you to teach HIS chosen people, to address HIM with full honor by addressing HIM as YESHUVA MESHIAH.

God offers all of us the same thing He offered to Adam and Eve, a choice. You can eat from any tree in the Garden, just not the tree of knowledge of good and evil. It poisons you. It is sinful and it will lead you to your own destruction. But there is another tree in this Garden that people forget about, the tree of Life. That tree is on Calvary, and the Son of God hung on it, who just so happens to be the bread of Life. Eat from that tree!
Choose you this day whom you will serve, yourself or the Lord. If you choose God, he will protect, bless, strengthen, and encourage you all the days of your life. But go your own way, and know that pride goes before the fall.

The people of the promise spring from Abraham - then specifically down to Isaac and on directly to Jacob - thereafter, to the tw elve tribes. Ishmael, Esau and other offspring are Gentiles like us - there is no direct link with any so-called third Abrahamic faith - except they were people of that same region. That third faith is a relatively recent institution and did not come into being for more than another 2,000 years! They are no more people of the Book - as so many falsely claim - than any other unsaved peoples.
In contrast, however, the Tw elve tribes are a people of the Book (at least, what we Christians know as the Old Testament). God had given them the Law, to be a schoolmaster, to lead them to Him. He did it to show them of their great need for Him - knowing they could not keep the law nor make sufficient sacrifice - He wanted to teach their hearts to cry out to Him. Whenever they did, He would declare their Faith as RIGHTEOUSNESS and in this He would impute them with SALVATION as the Bible declares.
Sadly, when Jesus came in the flesh, most of His chose EN people denied Jesus's divinity and were instrumental in crucifying Him (or, more precisely manipulated the Romans into doing so) - though the reality is, it was ALL OUR SIN that put Him there on the Cross! God has, however, not finished with the His chose EN people. The world is currently rushing to a climax, when the Lord is coming for his true followers at an event known as the Rapture. Then, He will deal with those chose EN people and they will eventually see their true Messiah and repent of their denial of 2,000 years ago! Today, the only true people of the Book, the Bible - (OLD and NEW TESTAMENTS combined) are those who have put all their trust and hope in the Lord, Jesus Christ - the Bible calls us the body of Christ - the true church.
In contrast, the followers of that so-called third Abrahamic faith are - just like all false religions - in grave deception. Deception manifests itself in many guises - it is always brought about through the actions of satan. In many instances, it will give the appearance of truth but very subtlety introduce error and guile to deceive many. Most religions do this - even many are so-called Christian ones - in fact, the tell-tale signs of a deceiving religion all have one thing in common - they teach their followers to 'DO' - We must DO this, DO that and you MIGHT be saved. Religion is our human attempt to get ourselves saved through our own efforts - All religions say, if we are good enough, we will be saved - in other words, if our good works outweigh our bad. Religion always leads to FAILURE and HELL. God's word, the Bible, teaches we cannot save ourselves - nothing we could ever do would come near enough to God's standards of perfection - because we are all sinners - so without His intervention, we likewise would all go to Hell. But, He didn't leave it there - He sent Jesus - God himself - to be our Saviour - to pay the price of ALL our sin. He doesn't say 'DO'; instead, He teaches us it is DONE - all we have to do, is to realise that we are hopelessly lost sinners, have a change of mind (the Bible calls this Repentance) and BELIEVE THE GOSPEL - when we do this, we will receive HIS FREE GIFT OF FAITH - we become saved - we have eternal security.
And, this is the gospel:

I was hoping that I would hear from you two how the word for believe in Hebrew there in Genesis 15:6 has the implication of obedience. As you expressed in another episode, love is a verb and so is believe or "faith". Abraham obeyed, was "faith"-ful to God by preparing the covenantal animals split in two and then God showed up. It was necessary for Abraham to continue to remain faithful, and hearken unto Him, to live out His faith in action, works of faith. Faith without actions/works (demonstrations of faith) is Dead Faith. We must have Active, Living Faith, demonstrated like Faithful Abraham Galatians 3:9 "pisto" really means "faithful" because "apisto" means "unfaithful or infidel".
