When you mix the Currencies, it gets very confusing. Please prpovide prices in *Indonesian Rupiah?* We know how to convert from IDR to USD or PKR. No need to mix two or three different currencies.

Medical care is NOT good in Indonesia. Expats will have to go to Singapore or Malaysia. Singapore is very expensive so Malaysia is a better and cheaper option.
You did not talk about health care, how expensive it is and how good it is , and do they are health care systems to purchase that cover full health insurance.

Malaysia is much more stable than Indonesia in terms of Goverment policy. Food and fruits are cheaper in Malaysia because it shares a land border with Thailand. Rent depends on the location of the Apartment or House.

It appears that living cost is very high,4-5 mebers family has to shell out more than 1000 USD for basic needs in a month. Such expenses can be meet out only by earning in top 5 currencies.Indonesia a poor country can't provide much opportunities to foreigners to survive.Bhai you should rethink,it may be nightmare like Turkey.

No PR or Citizenship is available in Indonesia. You will always be on some type of Visa (called KITAS).
