Ciao Vito, ti seguo da tempo, adoro il tuo canale. Sono spagnola e faccio questo tipo di crêpes da quando avevo 9 anni, perché in Spagna non c'erano molti ristoranti italiani negli anni 70. Le crêpes erano facili da fare per me a quell'età, ma non potranno mai sostituire una vera e propria Pizza. Va bene per una pietanza veloce per i bambini, anche per un antipasto originale, ma la cosa migliore resta sempre la vera pizza. baci da siviglia!❤

Many European countries have some type of crepe. In Polish and Ukrainan cuisine, there is nalesniki, which are crepes filled with cottage cheese and dill. That is a very good use of the crepes. Very good large pan, myself I would replace the piece of butter with a bit of Kalamata olive oil...I am not sure if i can use self rising flour ? or just plain, gosh this channel always opens my appetite !!
If you use self rising flour in the crepe batter it will most likely change the texture of the crepe. It wouldn't be unusable but it would just be fluffier and likely more prone to tearing. It would taste pretty much the same since self rising flour just has added baking powder. Baking powder is pretty tasteless unless you use an excessive amount. I personally never buy self rising flour since baking powder and soda are both pretty cheap and have a decent shelf life if stored properly.

Hello Vito sir....i believe making pizza in a slightly deep pan with a lid, on a gas stove is impossible...because mine always comes out really hardand tough from outside and uncooked from between... Can you make it possible? 🥺
