I just got one given to me for free from my neighbor, what are they primarily used for and how much would you say they're going for?

They are a great little engine used on cultivators, a small generator (800w) and there is a variant of the cultivator that can have a blade for pushing snow and a snow blower of some sort. Honda built this from 1969 - probably into the 80's. 68cc, rated at constant 2 hp at 5000 rpm, 3 at 6000. The later variants were rated at 2.8hp. The engine is designed to be unplugged from whatever machine it was powering by simply undoing a lever and lifting it off - it was designed to be the lightest, most easily transported and serviced engine of it's class. Has an oil bath air filter which is mostly missing the foam element (not available it seems for years) so many got a guts full of dirt and die a needless smoky premature death when run without the dirt trapping sponge... Engine has an internal centrifugal clutch. The clutch gets burnt out if the engine is constantly run under load at low rpm because it won't engage the clutch fully until it revs up to high rpm. Other than that a sweet little engine that runs at high revs compared to most small engines of that time.
