    No one in the world forgot these dragons after watching it. I was a small kid watching every video of yours, impressed and even tried to make one your way (failed dramatically). Thank you for all of your work, it’s still amazing to watch. Stay healthy.

      Thank you for this very nice comment Kim! I am really flattered that you would take the time to write such a sweet message. I was in a slump for a while during the pandemic. But a comment like this is just what I needed to start a new project. I hope you stay well too. Take care.

    Good evening! I really like your works. Can I ask You a few details? Tell me please what you are gluing pieces of papier mache? Masking tape? And how are you at cutting papier mache (for example in the dragon's eggs) inside paper remains? You make an egg without form? Without clay or layout? Initially only glued the paper?
    I am waiting for your reply.

    • @Gourmetpapermache
      @Gourmetpapermache  8 років тому +6

      +Наташа Котова
      Somehow I missed this comment. Sorry. I put the pieces together with masking tape. When the mache dries on the eggs I cut them open and pull out the wads of paper leaving only the shell. I use a serrated knife to cut.

      GourmetPaperMache I once did paper mache in art class. I made a.... fox.... It was just a box with ears, a tail and carved in eyes, nose and mouth XP. It was the third time for me that I did paper machete and it really wasn't that bad! Eh it was was a box that was SUPPOSED to be a fox but it looked like a cat.... It's really much more about practice than talent. If you look at my website I have many many pages with photos of projects they made using my books and videos and instructions in my blog. They made great dragons, many on their first attempt. Just give it a try. I think you would love it. Thank you for watching and taking the time to write.

    New subscriber over here, I came across this channel when I was on another subscribed channel and they were showing how to make a dragon skull (small). I saw one of your videos and I had to click on it. I'm really glad I did, I ended up watching like 10 of the videos and just amazed, I was like I want one of those dragons lol. They are amazing, you are so talented and your work is incredible. I love all the detail and the ancient looking finish you do. It would be so awesome to do a project like this with you.

We need vid from you on just blending and creating colors. And of course who could not luv luv your dad's fav breakfast. I'm sure he was a hoot. You have so much talent and artisticness. Would it be rude to ask if you could consider producing a how to on a fearsome but friendly looking swan in Paper mache ? i'd luv to c what your rendition would be..You know huge wings and claws but soft beautiful face ??? I think as a tip, the colors were great, but the black washing wasn't really necessary and it kinda turned the project to a more dark-toned color.
