It was great watching you eat a meal purely for the enjoyment of it rather than a challenge this time. Leaving out the bread and rice, as well as most of the gravies, meant that you had the room for all the dishes. Great video. 👍

Incidentally, did you know pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain which can dissolve human flesh! So when you eat a pineapple it's trying to eat you back.
@@moremath3378 Well bromelain is what's known as a proteolytic enzyme, as in it dissolves protein. Human flesh (and all meat) is basically protein so will get dissolved. Don't worry though, this does not happen to any significant degree during the amount of time it is on your mouth so feel free to eat as much pineapple as you like.

1)Indian dishes....salad u eat in between the non veg food ...pieces or bites ... 2)Nver finish entire salad dish at once ,Initially ,coz ..it's supplementry to non veg / veg food. 3)On non veg pieces and curry based dishes add / squize lemon juice and eat onion pieces in between ..3)Gravy baseD dishes U got it with naan,chapati ,roti ,rice etc... Seem u r avoiding carbs ( roti..rice .naan etc ) ..may b that's u r stratagy to eat more protein ..... We happy to see you eating delicious .. indian food

The "fired cauldron" is a Tandoori oven. The tandoori chicken and what you were calling chicken tika are also traditionally cooked in the tandoori oven. My go-to's in an Indian buffet are Tandoori chicken, chicken biryani, chicken tika masala, butter chicken, lamb korma and naan.
When Joel says he's starving, I gotta believe that's bad news for for the owner.
