Today we are at the famous Billy Bobs in the Fort Worth stock yards (Dallas area) Texas, taking on this giant prime rib challenge! We have a giant smoked prime rib, served with sides of coleslaw, green beans, potato salad, and cracklins (fried pig skins). We had 90 minutes to complete the challenge in order to get the meal for free, other wise we were facing a price tag over $400!! Can we beat this impossible food challenge? 11.5lbs at 4oz a serving (Yes, 4oz of red meat is a serving. Could you eat more? Absolutely. But, the fact remains) measures out to be exactly 46 [approximately 50] servings. Factor in side dishes, and you have yourself 46 meals proportionate to actual serving sizes.

Shoot more like high blood pressure. I never really gained weight over 37 years. Years of eating more crap than good food with beer is the reason. I weigh 172lbs 5ft 10inch tall. Stay healthy everyone!

I pray for his arteries!!! My father was 38 when he needed a 4x heart bypass. He was not over weight and also did not eat like this. Heart disease starts with eating this much fat and meat. You need to stick to portions. Your heart can only take so much. 😔

I don't mind eating my words, a lot easier than a 15 pound prime rib in a single sitting. Actually I couldn't do a 5 pound one either.
Yea I thought for sure he'd fail this and I really don't get how that much food didn't brust his stomach open and kill him. I'm 230 lbs and I'd struggle to eat a quarter of that steak.

I’m going be that guy it looks over cooked for medium rare
Prime rib isn't cooked like a steak on the grill the outside is typically well done or seared bare minimum when in a restaurant setting.... Internally it is probably cooked to mid rare when sat at the table but once it sits like it did here in the video it still cooks until it is cut into enough to release heat bc of the garlic crusted they mentioned it locks in the heat

Truth man, I think that I can eat a lot but this takes it to a whole other world.
And the cool thing about Joel is that, not only can he eat a lot, but he does it so cleanly, like Randy. And he gives great commentary on the food and restaurants. A lot of pro eaters just wolf the food down and dont even bother to taste it.
