    As a beginner and self taught I like this method better because it cuts down on the file time that needs to be done. I use this method for all 3 applications

    Thank you for such a clear video! I’ve been using dual forms for about a year now but always hated how the underside of them turned out. I just tried your technique and my nails look perfect.

      I know what you mean, I love clear nails but the underneath being to thick makes them merky BUT you can get a cheap nice nail drill of Amazon, and use a thin drill bit the clean up the bottoms and then use clear gel polish on the bottoms as well to make them super clear

      I was able to do that because the tips were thin, now if they were thick that would have been a big no-no for me. But I understand what you mean :p . Thank you for watching this video :)

      Try applying acrylic in small beads or start by applying it like nail polish! It takes forever but works!

    Is polygel different than acrylic with this method? I was doing acrylics on myself but fell in love with polygel and every video I have seen says not to squeeze all the product out like that because the product is wasted and the nails are thin..when I first started with polygel and squeezed the product out the nails would break in the middle from being too thin because I squeezed all the product out basically...I bought tips and want to put the polygel over my white tips for French nails...do your nails break? Or are the tips like a 2nd reinforcement? So you dont need much product? Thanks

    • @SASHAMIRANDAA
      @SASHAMIRANDAA  4 роки тому +1

      Thank you for watching my video, the thing is that acrylic must be applied quick with this method and polygel needs a uv lamp to cure. I suggest using a tip to reinforce it's stability or form a tip using a nail form underneath to create a smoothe back surface. I also recommend applying a thin second coat of either acrylic or gel to prevent the nail from breaking.

    New subscriber. Starting new soon. Just waiting for my supplies and honestly can not wait to try this. It makes the nail so pretty and smooth. And the under side isn’t bulky, too much product doing just polygel. I saw another video with encapsulation. Looked relatively easy and absolutely stunning. I do like the polygraph and the dual forms. But what is the trick for right thickness for apex. Either too thick or too thin.
