I have been on the Wonder, and the sofa/bed pull down bed was so hard. We had the foam overlay on it. Which helped a bit. When you are sharing with a friend, someone gets the big bed, and someone gets the hard hard couch. I really wish you could split the main bed. Even in some of the rooms. Many friends travel together.
Get the room with the pull down Murphy bed next time. It’s a bit better. I had to upgrade our room because I can’t have my 4 year old child sleep on a bunk bed.
Interesting idea. Yeah my 5 year old was afraid to be that high. I think it depends on the kid and I do feel like they need to be older for the top bunk.
When you realized the sofa bed was uncomfortable did you request a matress topper or extra comforters? I'm just curious what the cruisline did to make it more comfortable for you.
I love Disney, but the beds are a long standing issue. The main bed doesn't divide in half. I travelled with my teen son on the Dream and had to take the sofa, because the side arms of the sofa become the head and foot boards, and measure 6 feet from end to end. At 6 feet he could not stretch out. So Mom had to sleep on that . Most cruise ships the king bed divided into 2 twins.
Magical Mom Laura and Landon Laws question please have the both of you seeing Hercules (1997) and the reason I am asking is because I would like to say a wonderful and cool Disney story about the two of you just for fun as well:).
I totally agree with the couch bed, I bring my Mom on our cruises. She has never complained about the Dream always comfortable! The Wish she was not having it terrible I slept on couch and oh my goodness I had no sleep!! What happened with this ship it's like the twilight Zone
So crazy that designers, executives didn't try out these beds? Especially knowing the main bed doesn't split so for 2 adults that want separate beds they would sleep there. It was like sleeping on cardboard. Thanks for your feedback!
My kids didn't mind the beds at all. The queen size bed was also very comfortable. Put my head down and passed out right away!
That's great. Mine didn't seem to mind it. We minded it when we had to switch in the middle of the night. Yes, the disney cruise beds are the best!

Yep. That is a big con of the disney ships but the Disney Dream's couch bed was super comfortable. The Wonder looks beautiful!

I didn’t sleep on it until the last night or I would have asked. Apparently they have limited amount of toppers available.

Yes that is a real issue cruising with Disney. It’s hard for 2 adults who don’t want to share a bed.
The problem is that your kid isn’t sleep trained. Disney can’t fix that for you.
Unsolicited parenting advice is always a good way to go on the internet. She’s been sleep trained for a very long time.
Where is the muster drill for this cabin ? Thank you
It was in the Marvel dining room and it was very crowded this cruise.

We have not.
