ROOMBA 675 SIDE BRUSH INSTALL

I love my Roomba.... so one day the side brush was laying on the floor along with the screw that holds it in, yikes. I thought i could just replace the brush and put it back in. Then i discovered the hole that the screw went in was stripped, and the screw wouldnt go back in. So of course i looked for a replacement screw, but then i found a whole motor with two brushes and two screws and a screwdriver, with the motor. So i bought it and the next day it was at the house. Easy repair and the motor looked better than the original.
As i finished i thought, "lets get it to dock on the recharging station". As i watched it try to dock, it appeared that it might be the spot where it is having a hard time, because the amount of clicks and pops and bangs that side brush did was probably how it eventually broke that screw off for the side brush, just an observation. we bought it Nov. 2020 and have had no problems with it, and we really used it between once a week or once every two weeks. This is one of the most inexpensive Roombas around but it is so practical for my wife and i to operate, nothing complicated

whatever you do, dont force the screw.... if it doesnt fit, try the other one....
