Bro!!! I gotta say bro your doing great diving / spearing, filming and your videos are on point and very informative the way your doing it!!! Mad props, bro!!! Get it!!! 😊🤙🏽🐟🦞🐢🦈
Nice vid and good doggie! I learned by mistake once that if you can't find your fish that tore off and is holed up in the reef, to watch the nurse sharks. Give them 10-20 min and they will literally point the location out to you.
@floridaspearos Exactly. I had a big black grouper way back in a cave - maybe 14ft. Couldn't see him with my light or touch it with a 9ft pole spear. I gave up on it but drifted back over the area about 15min later. Two nurse sharks were digging it out from the top of the cave, which I assumed was solid, but was just collapsed coral with sand and new growth on top. They had already moved several rocks before I pushed them away and took off the last few to make a hole just big enough to pull that 35lb black out by the gills. Since then, I've used the nurse sharks to point out a nice hogfish and a mutton snapper on different trips.
Awesome video man, music was perfect too, those dog snapper will still be at that spot if you go back, they tend to live around the same cave/ rock systems until they outgrow them from what I have seen. I had a 22” dog tear off and spent the next hour stalking the hole until he showed the bottom of his cheek and I got a spear in em.
