Manufacturers and brands often have a weird blindside when trying to market a product. Its like the management team got together and there was a undercurrent of disappointment in the engineering dept and the accounts and marketing dept were given the task to make something appear more appealling than it actually is.
This is the story here. The OVERCLOCKING label given to these, certainly gives the impression that a seasoned overclocker would be able to really make these fly.
The reality is a very very different story.
But with all that said, should you actually buy them? I did and don't regret it at all.

Hi Mike. Great video covering a topic I'm interested in. Deciding which DDR5 memory you want to buy is relatively easy. The hard part is finding if the memory is compatible with your MB. I just purchased an ASUS MB. I went to their website to see if the memory I planned to use was compatible with my new MB. They once had a QVL memory list. It was many pages long, but it listed all memory manufacturers and the memory they offered, and you could find out which memory would work in your ASUS MB. I now say that ASUS is just another four-letter foul word.
Wow. I had in mind for a future upgrade the Crucial DDR5 Pro, but with those results (3368), definitevely I'll change my mind and look for other options. Thanks for the info, Mike and Kath!

Used a lot of Crucial ram over the years, they were always competitively priced and very stable.
I suppose with overclocking these days, everything is nearly always right at it's max out of the box..

Love my Ballistix DDR4 which I use in mine and dters pc. Just wished I had bought more before they dropped the range but now the ddr4 range look cheap and not getting good reviews due to poorer memory chips! Thanks Mike and Kath👍

Hi, Mike. I've not yet had a chance to play with DDR5 RAM. I'm wondering if would be any faster if you dropped the speed down to say, 5200, and tried lowering the timings to get better latency.
it can improve latency but it is a balancing act some programs prefer the frequency some the latency.
I got Kingston Fury Beast 6000 CL36, not trying to OC the speed (Ryzen sweet spot is 6000 with good CL and secondary timings), pushed it to 6000 CL30 on MSI Memory try it (starred option, which I think means detected type and tuned for it). I may try tweaking to Buildzoid AM5 timings as they can get a good bit more performance for the same clock, apparently more than concentration on CL.

Wow! I wonder how the Elcheapo RAM I bought stacks up. I got some T-force Delta 6400 RAM (2x16Gb)
The system seems pretty quick now, but honestly never checked the RAM specifics. The OC Pro claims of that memory seem like marketing to me.

i think so, and if it is different it would a few mm at the most
i have the 2x32 crucial pro ddr5 kit, 5600 rated. you can get the lower 5200 latencies and run it to 5600 speed, @ 1.1V. ok it's only CL 42. but a gain is a gain

Which would be better? These Crucial Pro Overclocking 6000 or the T Create DDR5 Expert 6000 are in the same price range.
if they are EXPO and XMP then i would consider them both although at first glance it looks like they are CL38 so a little slower, but there is also a more expensive CL30 that might be preferable
@mikesunboxing The T Create Ddr5 Expert CL30 where I live, Crucial Pro Overclocking, both are around $104.99 USD. So it is better to get DDR5 Expert. Thank you for the reply 👍🏼

I have 2 sets of this Ram (Crucial Ballistix RGB BL2K8G36C16U4WL 3600 MHz, DDR4, DRAM ,Desktop Gaming Memory Kit, 16GB (8GB x2), CL16) one set White the other Red. Don't use themanymore as they conflicted with Icue Ram RGB. Only used them for a few months. Strange that they stopped doing RGB Ram - maybe that was why...??? Nice Ram though! Totally unavailable now, even on Ebay! Weird....

Intel memory controller much stronger than amd… intel 8000mt is nothing what amd 8000mt. They run like gear4 when running those speeds.
Amd is cheaper and comparable for gaming though.
I do have to buy some ram 🐏 but it won’t be this 🐏 ram
