Interesting review Mike. I have ballistic ddr4 in both pcs, been considering upping mine to 32gb but read this newer model used lower speed memory and heat shield looked inferior with green pcb showing. Now having changed mb and installed FS140 height of ddr is major concern! Your findings show barely any loss and significant savings albeit ddr5! Thanks Mike and Kath 🐈👍

Went dumpster diving this week and scored a wifi ax3000 from asus will be picking it tomorrow. I have also got my eye 👁 on another wifi kit as well for which I will get tomorrow also they for my amd systems!
It's 4bucks cheaper than some 6000 cl30 kits in the states lol. I can't imagine being that stingy with my money. Spend the 102-105 bucks and get the 6000 cl30 kit, 98 bucks isn't even close to a bargain. Or if you need a CPU keep checking new egg. They keep running this deal for a 7600x with a free kit of 6000 cl36

DDR5 is a strange beast and if they use the hynix chips they seem to have the edge right now, micron are not bad but have a little catching up to do

The issue with these kits is the higher cas latency. Hard to recommend for any system where performance is important. But the price is fair.

You never did do the video of turning this to 6000mtz and comparing and would 6000mtz work on AMD also or just Intel?
graph is deceiving. i mean its only 16% difference but looks like its 200% difference in length. and only 6 percent between middle and faster.
yeah the default settings in powerpoint leave a lot to be desired. And the fact i don't really know how to use it.
Nice looking RAM. AMD might benefit more from faster RAM than Intel.
