@Grizzy _7767 A bone stock LS1/6 can handling 700+ with boost, the only thing you need to do is gap the rings and and do a clutch to handle the added power. Yea finding tolerable YT approved music is not my strong point. Id say a base C5 would be similar within 30hp give or take. Maybe you would like to slow things down. You recorded it so fast I couldn’t even read the captions
The original series videos are linked in the description if you want to check it out. This was made from them
Omg, the music. I couldn’t make it passes 1:00.
How much with parts and labor?
Its aboutr 10k in parts. 50 hours of work tuned and out the door now that I have figured out how to make it work.
I'd say 11s first 4 passes different tire's and 93 oct tune maybe just maybe 10,9s
It would def need some kind of tire to pull it off a 1.7 60ft or better should be enough.
@@CamaroRick Exactly brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That thing is so sick!!!
Only 500? Yikes, how much did you spend
SBE no ring gap. Built with a 1 year warranty. Built to last a long long time. Exactly what customer wanted
Excellent, now I know the labor cost won't be so much.
While you wait and around 10 minutes!
Beautiful
What state are you located?
Thanks
Maryland
My C6 with exh and 6psi eforce only made 449 rwhp. 🤨
Try a set of 1 7/8" long tube headers, or 2" headers I bet it will pick up 40+hp combined with a good tune
he said chopping away!... think he's talking about me 😉
Choppy cams and 4th gens go together like cocane and waffles
imma say it louder for the people in the back...
A VETTE AINT A SLEEPER
bonus round, a "junkyard ls" thats completely built with parts from summit is not a junkyard ls
Funny I have this exact car to the letter, ok without the mods, I would love this type of build. I would just replace the hood with a slight high rise version to clear the supercharger, it would save time and $$. But that certainly is a sleeper! Nice work!
If hood clearance is not a problem the 2.3 maggie is a great option if you plan on going forged internals
I wish i could work this fast
I want this for my c5z
Its a very nice tame running setup. The only thing I would change would be to go with a twin disc clutch. With that it would drive 100% like stock but a lot more power.
I would have enjoyed this a lot better without the time lapse. I would've enjoyed it a lot more split up in a few videos. Stopping and explaining the pros of all the new parts.
All the original videos are in the play list if you want to get the details. Thanks
Here is the link to all of the extended videos during the build:

i slowed it down to watch, not looking forward to a clutch replacement in my z06. jeeesh
AWESOME!!!!!!
Thanks for watching!!
Nice build!
Thanks!
@@CamaroRick I have owned a silver C5 for about 18 years and have had multiple drivetrains in it. This was wild to watch you do all of the things I have done, like seeing myself working in the third person. (Except for the blower, that was new to me, my car is NA. )
@@georgedigregorio4851 Thats awesome. They are a great platform to build on! Glad you enjoyed it.
must be real lo miles, under neath is clean
Nice, but a little confused on only 500. My na c5 has cams, built heads and headers etc and makes 475 hp and 500 on a shot of nitrous.
Its not for everyone! Could just run a 200 shot on the stock motor. Why not
@@CamaroRick yeah, just how you want the car to behave. Ones like mine tend to very jumpy and arent as friendly for everyday driving.
Nice and good video money upgrade
Good lord you need to work for NASA!
Lol in what way is a cammed zo6 a sleeper
I would think that setup would give you more than 500 WHP
Very nice!
Thanks!
Amazing
