Genius!!!!!!!!! Wow! My girls would LOVE TO have a doll house like this. So unique! And those feet/legs are amazing. Wonderful transformation! Thank you for saving this ugly duckling
What a great way to repurpose the old shelves. I would have never thought to turn it upside down and put a roof on it. I hope someone bought it for a child and they have a lot of fun playing with it. Great job! 👍
Very cute. Any little girl or boy would love to play with it. The little attic shelf would be great to put story books on. My granddaughters have a couple of these and they play with them a lot. Their stuffies live in them, along with their extensive "My Little Pony" collection. Great choice.
Wow! This is the most creative use of ugly I've seen so far. Sounds like you were on a time crunch of some kind. Would have loved to see the roof part with some kind of shingle design on it, but you were going for simple & it makes sense. Very good job.
I absolutely love this ! I knew you were Canadian ( I'm in Nova Scotia ) because when the piece was in your van I saw the Home Hardware tie down strap lol. Awesome job.
Good Job on this video! You really did a good job putting that furniture together! You have more patience than I would If I were in your shoes lol keep up the good work! I Respect people that can really focus and create and build things and put things together! :) Keep up the good work!
What? I love it, Sarah! we donated a similar piece to a thrift store a few months ago because we couldn't think what to do with it. Great job! - Sherry
Always interesting to see what people do with odds and ends, so good job there. I would however wonder why you wore a mask for sanding but not for spraying the legs especially inside. Wouldn’t the spray paint be worse to breath in (overspray) than the dust, or at least just as in need of protection from?
Never a parent, but an early childhood and elementary teacher and redid loads of houses..... This leaves to the imagination and not those grisly plastic pastel monstrosities found in preschools, should they be fortunate enough have them. Made do, do without, use it up, give a shout. Or whatever they say. The young person who has this could be girl or boy or both to share. No longer a back of the storeroom dust-covered reject. Good legs! We all want those. Thank you.
Hello...U are in Canada correct? could you please tell me where to buy the sand paper...love it but i am not able to find it at HDepot or Lowe's... Thank you!!
New subscriber! Loved the ugly duckling challenge, hope you do another challenge soon. I loved the legs! BTW, I love the song used in the video, but I can't find it anywhere. I know it's probably epidemic sound but could you tell me the song name and artist so I can get it for myself? Thanks! It's the one at 14:10

Love it! The swan has emerged and is going to bring some kid a lot of joy. I doubt many would envision such a creative use for those battered drawers.

Thank you so much!!
What a cool way to transform a piece into something completely different! Great job!
Thank you so much! 😊
My granddaughters would love this. By leaving it white, you have left it up to the children how to decorate their "house".
Agreed, that's smart, allows the child or children to personalise.
Thank you so much!!
Well its. What is it? I mean it's nicely painted shelving. That's good. The roof looks funky. But then hey, you did take junk an make it something.
What a great idea!

This is totally true! I should have been wearing it!
It’s interesting. I’d like to see it dressed to get an idea for use age.
This was a neat idea but since this will be for a little girl you should have painted it in color like pink or purple.
Not really. As another person said already, using white allows whoever gets it to choose the colours they want. She did good. 😊
And boys play with dollhouses too.
