I love these guys for who they are,and the dedication to their fans to keep the music as pure metal that punches you in the face , while driving home a message. They never disappoint in my opinion . For me they are the best band in the world and have set the bar for all metal ,they are heavy and every album seems to get better which tells me they have more to say and share with us all. This is one of two songs in the album that put a literal smile on my face. Like that Lamb of God here we go again smile of perfect music. Randy said we can't do lamb of god as it is forever. So I expect some change in every album, right. He and Mark are getting older, and I understand that. They are writing music for them, and that's fine with me. Yeah it's not going to raise my attention like As the Palaces Burn, but why should it. This is for them. This is a time of unique understand of who these gentlemen have become.

Apart from everything else, i have been suffering from chronic depression for last 2 years. All this time, metal music has been the one thing that has kept me going. Through therapy sessions, medications ,everything i have endured the pain and the emptiness all along. I would like to thank LOG from the bottom of my heart for having literally saved me. Especially the song MEMENTO MORI. thank you so much LOG for giving me the strength to go through all the dark times. Hopefully i will get better soon 🙂

It's been a shit year, but in case you or anyone wants some suggestions, here are some other bands who released great albums in 2020: Cirith Ungol (best comeback ever), Ulcerate, Midnight, 16, Intronaut, Havok, God Dethroned, August Burns Red, Black Dahlia Murder, Warbringer, Ulthar, Old Man Gloom (2 albums!), and yes, Sepultura and Testament.
I forgot about Lamb of God for about two years and I just remembered to get a blast from the past and see their new stuff, not expecting much. I love it so much how they haven't sold out and Randy's vocals are the same as on Ashes of the Wake, I'm pleasantly surprised
If you want groove, you need djent. LoG are straight groove metal, but if you like pure groove, djent is for you. Listen to, "The Only Thing they Fear is You," from the Doom Eternal soundtrack. That's top tier djent from the mastermind Mick Gordon.
As an 80's metal head I never got turned onto LOG until this album ( I thought my style of metal was dead) and it is the greatest work of art I've ever listened to. Love some of their older albums but this one, damn it is Perfection!!!! Best Album ever of any Genre!!!!

UA-cam hates this song so much they shadowbanned it. I've looked up this song 50 times but no matter what it will not show up in the recent searches like it should. I have to put in the whole name every time because it will not pop up in the search, instead as I'm typing in I see reality bass and reality bathtub....... how fucking petty do you have to be youtube? This is an amazing song that screams so much truth.

Apart from everything else, i have been suffering from chronic depression for last 2 years. All this time, metal music has been the one thing that has kept me going. Through therapy sessions, medications ,everything i have endured the pain and the emptiness all along. I would like to thank LOG from the bottom of my heart for having literally saved me. Especially the song MEMENTO MORI. thank you so much LOG for giving me the strength to go through all the dark times. Hopefully i will get better soon 🙂

This album is the only good thing to come out of 2020 thus far.
It's been a shit year, but in case you or anyone wants some suggestions, here are some other bands who released great albums in 2020: Cirith Ungol (best comeback ever), Ulcerate, Midnight, 16, Intronaut, Havok, God Dethroned, August Burns Red, Black Dahlia Murder, Warbringer, Ulthar, Old Man Gloom (2 albums!), and yes, Sepultura and Testament.
The new Code Orange and Trivium albums too

I forgot about Lamb of God for about two years and I just remembered to get a blast from the past and see their new stuff, not expecting much. I love it so much how they haven't sold out and Randy's vocals are the same as on Ashes of the Wake, I'm pleasantly surprised

If you want groove, you need djent. LoG are straight groove metal, but if you like pure groove, djent is for you. Listen to, "The Only Thing they Fear is You," from the Doom Eternal soundtrack. That's top tier djent from the mastermind Mick Gordon.
As an 80's metal head I never got turned onto LOG until this album ( I thought my style of metal was dead) and it is the greatest work of art I've ever listened to. Love some of their older albums but this one, damn it is Perfection!!!! Best Album ever of any Genre!!!!
